Checkers

I just left from there at 7:45pm tonight and got there there was no line but it was a little min for my food & the cashier barely said anything to me which I was kinda irritated about lol until I got the food and it was like best fish sandwich (Deep Sea Double) I had in a while..I normally always get the fish sandwiches from checkers but not as fresh this was! & all of my other food I had too was all fresh!

Okay so the customer service is pretty great and their attitudes are making up for how they have to work in such hot heat. They need to treat their employees and customers much better whoever the franchise owner is should be ashamed of themselves. There is no air and they lack seating franchise owner should do much better and they have everything locked I know it's in the midst of the heart of Detroit but you should not be treating your employees and the customers that come in with such disdain you need better amenities at this location.

The service was not great at all. There were no smiles or other forms of pleasantries. I didn't realize that the texas toast sandwich came with mayo, I suppose I should have asked but failed to do so, so I used up the 2 napkins I was given to remove it. I went back to the counter to get some more, there were none there so I went back to the register. No one was there, however, 2 young men clearly could see me but would not acknowledge me. The cashier came back and told me that she would be with me in a minute. I started to tell her that I only wanted some napkins but decided to trust her and did not want to appear to be unreasonable and impatient. After waiting over 3 minutes, I did become impatient because getting napkins should be a very simple request to fill by anyone. I waited about 5 minutes to get them. These are the kind of workers that makes no one wanting to support them getting $15 an hour. On the hand, the food was a value for the price and the restaurant was very clean including the parking lot.

Great Great Great,the services of the employees where just wonderful they knew what they were doing and they fast and got your order just right,I also want to thank the young man that was at the drive true this morning it about 12:30am. or 1:00am. whatever the timeline was that young man was great and every helpful to me God bless him and you guy's for being so understanding of the customers and also awesome at what you guys do. thank you and God bless you😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
