The food was ok. Catfish was good, but for the price of a dinner, three pieces would be nice. I gave two stars because the brisket was basically a slab of fat cooked in the oven, no plastic ware was provided, and the mac and cheese was average. First impressions are everlasting impressions.

I only gave it one star because I had too. This is the worst soul food I have ever had the yams are dark brown , hard and chewy. Not to mention I had my tastebuds ready for dressing but got doctored up stove top stuffing. The chicken smells bad also. First time and last time.

We did a brisket meal and a smokehouse platter. Piece of red velvet. Piece of 7up pound cake. Side of fried Okra. Food was delicious. Food was good. I simply ordered meat loaf with mac n cheese and greens. Greens were clean, tender and tasted very good, but too many stalks in my order. Will definitely return👍🏾

I have nothing to say bad about this restaurant. The food was on point, especially the collar greens(thank you for not adding sugar), brisket, Mac and Cheese. First time is was horrible the macaroni and cheese was not good beans was dry and the ribs was tough. Tried it again today and the macaroni and cheese was just the noodles barely cheese and the gravy on the turkey chops was watery. Last time I ever go back! Wish I would’ve went to Mr.Bs. TRASH!
