I love this location. There is usually a long line, but service is very fast considering. The staff is always pleasant and I'm always greeted with a smile. The assistant manager, Ms. Fanny, is awesome. I'm a loyal Tim Horton's customer, and I often go to several locations around Detroit, and this metro area. This is by far the best Tim Horton's location. Check them out!

I spent almost thirty dollars here $25 I stopped going to McDonald's because of the quality of the food and customer service. Everyone was polite and respectful at this tim but my sandwiches we're cold and they were missing half of the top bun like it was broken off but it was still served to me. The hash browns were burnt and cold they were burnt because they were hard to break. My coffee was cold and bitter didn't put any of the Carmel or cream for my coffee I asked for. I went online to do the survey from my receipt and I shared this experience so I was asked since I had this experience if I would like a call from the manager I said yes. Still I have not received a call. Check your food before you drive away from the window. They saw the way it looked when they prepared it and they served it to me anyway.

I always come here and my order is always perfect. Lately things have been going a little slower, but I think it's because the nice older lady haven't been there.

The employee taking drive thru order was very rude. She screamed at me that they don't have donuts like it's somehow my fault. She didn't give me a receipt for my order and slammed the window when I asked for it.
Definitely won't return to this location.

This place has had such a turn around. They used to be slow and have horrible customer service. Now everyone is consistently nice and orders are correct and quick.

Coffee and food is ok, no problems with employees, but the drive-thru line during weekday mornings is insanely long. I’m sure they do their best to move it as fast as they can but it shouldn’t take over 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee smh.
