Went to the Dairy Queen at 24671 grand river.(grand river & 7mile) In the last month I’ve bee not there 3 times and they don’t have chocolate ice cream. When I asked the girl waiting on me she said it’s been weeks since they’ve had chocolate ice cream. COME ON you only carry two kinds of ice cream. And while I’m bashing this place maybe you can fix the broken window that has rain stained cardboard stuffed in the hole. I would have sent this to corporate but after filling out the form it won’t send. FIGURES! The one bright spot was the young lady who waited on me

My daughter and I love coming to this place. They have good service and the ice cream is always delicious. They also have a drive through so that's really convenient too.

Waited 15 mins in line. I get to the mic for the young lady to tell me, "cones & shakes only, go ahead with your order."
I asked why?
While laughing into the mic she says, "We're short staffed, so I cut the menu"
I just don't understand why you'd stay open & offer your customers 2 items they can get at a convenience store...AFTER sitting in your line for x amount of time.

EVERY time I try to give THIS location a chance, they screw it up. For some reason chocolate xtreme brownie blizzards don't taste the same as other locations. I was given the wrong order in the past, which is when I learned to remove the cap before driving home.
Today the wait time was very long even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window i was told there were no brownie CHUNKS for the brownie batter blizzard i ordered (instead of my usu chocolate xtreme bc of the taste). I asked if chocolate chips were available instead. That was the only substitution i asked for since that was the only ingredient i was told they didn't have. I was given what appeared to be vanilla soft serve w/ chocolate chips!

Clean location, fast service with a drive thru!! They offer only hot dogs and are open 12-11 every day! Soft serve ice cream and blizzards/shakes/malts/smoothies and slushees

What a dump, stopped for a banana split blizzard, was told no bananas, ask for chocolate ice cream was told they did not have that either. This place should be closed down or have better management.

Can definitely tell when closing time is approaching. You'll get your chocolate dipped ice cream cone all smashed up.😒

Cons: loud, unprofessional children with no supervision running the place.
I have been visiting this location for 10 years and the new owner is clearly operating in absentia. I drive to 9 and middlebelt for better service.
