Made food well but everytime I go here I feel like every customer to these employees is bothering them.. always a mad or upset look on their faces like annoyed. They talk on the phone with their friends and family while making the food, and just the disrespect..it's a hospital you would think they would be atleast smiling once in awhile to help patients feel a little better..

9/14/2021 1pm, Customer service was absolutely horrible! Nets were flying around the vegetables. The cashier yelled at me and rolled her eyes because I wasn’t moving fast enough for her. I’m a employee at HFH and will not be returning.

One girl is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I can’t believe she hasn’t been fired yet. The last thing people at a HOSPITAL need is a disgustingly rude person rolling their eyes when they ask a simple question. People are here on their worst days, she should not be employed here.

I was there on July 2 about 3 in the afternoon. They staff were not polite, items were just slapped on my sandwich, I asked for Italian bread I got wheat, when I paid I put my debit card in the machine and the girl just stood there for about 1 minute and then said oh sorry and pushed a button on her side. You know when you work counter service you should be polite and friendl . I felt as tho I was imposing on them.

My name is Kara Abdurrahim and I'm currently employed at Henry Ford Hospital main campus as a Information Intake Officer. When ever I'm scheduled to work I always purchase the tuna. The cost for Tuna is .79 cents for a scoop. I've never had a problem paying for the tuna with my debit card. On Wednesday June 12, 2019 I went to purchase a scoop of Tuna like I always do but this time I was told by Toni ( a white female worker ) that she was unable to ring up my purchase because she didn't have the code for it and that only managers were able to access it. I promptly told her that " I buy this almost every day and have never been told that" Toni ( white female worker) then started having a very rude attitude and tone and stated "well you just gonna have to wait because I got people in front of you" I was forced to wait 20 minutes while the 2 other workers prepared sandwiches for 3 other people. When the first worker took my order she scooped the Tuna and put it in the container with out the top on it and it sat there uncovered the whole time. The point is that Subway has been around for a long time but I think that I will never purchase your products again if the people you hire are lazy and liars. Just because it was busy and she didn't want to take the time to do her job effectively and she was incompetent. I'll bring my tuna from now on. Rude behavior and bad service will never get another dime of my money

I've been here twice during my stay at the hospital and this is it for me! The first wrap I ordered was sloppy, nasty and horribly put together. Then today, I ordered a sub online, it was not what I ordered. Too many olives, too many onions, no sauce at all, and I had to go all the way back from the west pavilion because they forgot my cookies. I'm over this location, and I'll just go to the cafeteria next time smh .

Food disgusting . Everything is always out of place . There are peppers in the olives & lettuce in the spinach leaves , cucumbers in tomatoes. Just very unorganized. Only thing I can say that’s okay about them is the staff. Wonderful attitudes and customer service skills .they just need to be retrained as far as working the line and being more cautious w the cross contamination. I had cheddar broccoli soup from there it was OLD & SPOILED

This place is the slowest. You are better off going to another subway. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I got my food. 1 time the woman skipped over my uncle and said "You have to wait until I get the rest of the people in line", luckly the cashier stopped the line and helped us after the woman said that. You are lucky if you are in the line under an hour. This placs is ridiculous.
