The KFC only offered 2 items. I don't understand why I had 2 wait for a chicken sandwich since this location was only offering 2 items. On top of having to wait for a chicken sandwich, I was told NOT to pull up to the window due to timing. Not sure what that means. Only experienced this in the city. Perhaps the timing is to make the store look as if they are serving food promptly. Which they are NOT!!!! Will never get fast food in the city again.

I think they sold me bad Cole slaw. I called them and asked them were their coolers down because they sold me pop in a can. The response I got was, yes the coolers where down. So I sought out clarification and she repeated what I asked stating, "Yes, our coolers are down."So then, I informed them I was not feeling good after eating their cole slaw and their story change. She apologized for telling me the coolers were down saying that she stated that in error, then apologized that she thought I ate bad Cole slaw and asked if there is anything else she could help me with. I was feeling bad but not horrible enough to go to the hospital. This establishment breached their duty, I will not return hereunder never recommend this place. Mistakes happen and stupidity like this cause business more problems. If I didn't have people to walk me through getting better and had to go to the hospital I would have gotten an attorney.

$37 wasted. This was the worst chicken I’ve had. Ordered 12 piece original meal and I’m not sure what it was lol, it wasn’t original or crispy. Cole slaw tasted old and I’m not sure why I allowed them to give me mac and cheese so I’ll take the L for that. I wish I had taken a picture but I appreciate the hot sauce because it was the only thing that gave it flavor. Didn’t have time to go to the location on Plymouth and Middlebelt that I usually go to and I regret it.

This is the second time this week they have given me the wrong order from Drivethru. The staff seem so sure of themselves and they even argue you down about it, then go "my bad" yeah it was MY bad for thinking this place could do better. I give them 5 thumbs down.

Not a good one. My debit card was NOT returned to me at the drive thru, while they continued to insist it was and I must have dropped it..which I couldn't have done since IT WAS NEVER RETURNED TO ME ! Now I have to be inconvenienced by having to wait on a new card to be mailed while I have NO CASH !!

Although the drive thru service is quick i ask if they offered Bar-B-Q hot wings at this location..she said yes, but what I got was hot wings in some kinda hot sauce 😒😳

The service was better than usual. Actually, it only took 12 minutes to place my order, and get my meal in the drive-thru. The only fault I have is, I didn't count my change before driving off. The cashier ripped me off. It wasn't much but it's the principle of the matter. Lesson learned.
