Only two people in the workplace and I worked retail so I know how it can be. One working the kitchen and one working the cashier. The wait was kinda understandable because frying chicken takes some time and people can't wait and want what they want when they want it. My granny and I are people lol.

The lady at the window was horrible and it was an hour sitting in the drive thru because she was busy messing up the people order in front of me. The food was cold except for the chicken. Will go back because it's been better. They need better staff.

If I could rate a negative 5 I would. Just left the Church's on Warren and Conners placed my order and the cashier was so rude. They were not crowded I decided to add a couple things to my order and because of this the cashier cursed at me and refused to give me my order. This guy needs to be FIRED

The service here is horrible!! It’s should not take 35 minutes to get food . Especially when it’s only two people waiting in front of you. The workers are arguing with each other moving super slow . The lady is rude and nasty they need to be aware of the app because when you order as a guest there is no name that comes up on the order and I didn’t even get all of my jalapeño bombers. Smh

Food was good. Just slow service, I understand that places are short staffed. The lady at the window was very nice.
