Literally waited almost 20 minutes for old @$$ food. Then the rude lady at the window Gon try to tell me what I ordered. And these fast food worker really think they deserve $15 an hour!? Right

I know it's not as often that companies receive positive feedback but I wanted to acknowledge your two employees working the window this morning. As a small business owner, I know how difficult it is to find the right people who serve as the face of your company. I wanted to let you know that they represent you all so well. Very polite, kind, and efficient. Working in customer service for years myself, I know how much of a thankless job customer service can be. Thank you both and keep up the beautiful work!

Something compelled me e and was calling my name to get some McDonald's fries and I did. They were fresh and very delicious but it was the after affects that got me. I had so much grease on my teeth I could have oiled my scalp with it. Never again.

Got our orders wrong then said we didn't get any drink when clearly on out recipe it said that we did. The staff had VERY nasty attitudes. Our breakfast burritos were old and out hash browns were undercooked. I would not go back to this location nor would I recommend it.

The manager was extremely rude. I told her my hash browns weren't in the bag and she told me they were because she could see the grease at the bottom of my bag. Please, I had no reason to lie about 2 hash browns. I ordered thirty dollars worth of food. I told her the grease must've been from the sausage burritos at the bottom of the bag. She slammed the sliding window. Couple seconds later came back with the same bad attitude and 2 hash browns. No apology and unprofessional. If I ever see her protesting for $15.00 for fast food worker's. I am going to đŸ˜† lol! She need a decrease in pay. Period!!

Honestly, there service was very good. Polite fast, and accurate with my order. The food was prepared hot and fresh.

I door dashed 2 10 piece nugget and fries. Everything was old and cold. When I called to reorder nobody answered the phone. Then when I called back I couldn't get through because they took the phone off the hook. Horrible service

I don't know how this McDonald's even gets 2 stars. I believe 5 or 4 stars here is fake.I never know what time this McDonald's close . Some time 10pm some 11pm some time 12am. This is what McDonald's employee told me. I dont understand why they stay open after 10pm any day after 10pm all they have is chicken nuggets. Ow almost fogot Fries too. Seems like it might mcDonald's corporation forgot about this location . I think like this location don't have a even the manager.
Please McDonald's do something about this location.
