The store is disgusting. The staff is either high or half asleep. My sauce container was only half filled when I got home. The service seems to be quite slow.
There needs to be a sign up saying, "Speak into the speaker to place your order." This way the cashier won't have to say to every customer, "Speak into the speaker so I can hear you."
Long line in the drive thru. Once I was able to maneuver through that and park there was nobody in the lobby so I was in and out in less time than it took to park

Long wait time. 20+ minutes for a hot and ready item. Pizza wasn't cut and the trace lines they made for slices was completly uneven. Bread was white as can be and soggy as hell. So much butter it soaked through the bag onto the box. Almost ran onto my car seat. What are you guys doing there? T
Horrible service ordered on line had to wait 45 mins to pick it up. Phone lines were busy. COVId is not gone, around 20 people waiting on orders. Food not fresh. Hair in food! Just tragic! Gave them the number that goes with order. They act like they did know anything! Just incompetent!
Rude customer service. Waited over an hour for a Batman Calzoney and the manager was so rude after paying and the pizza was ready end up leaving with no pizza at all due to the hostility and threats from the manager.
Can substitute online orders. All I wanted to do is sub a water out to get butter and parm on my pizza. That’s why people even get little caesars is for that
