So often, we just write and read 'bad' things. I had the BEST barista - Theo - at this Starbucks. Theo was friendly, but professional; warm, yet thorough. Major kudos!
Every time I go to this place and order a iced beverage the baristas here can’t seem to make a iced beverage. Even if you specify more than once that you want your drink iced they will still try to hand you a hot beverage when you get to the window. Not a lot of smart people working here.
The lady that's in the back with the wigs she is wonderful if everyone in the store can have her personal. She is the reason I come back to the store. Again shòut to the 62 year old Lady that takes care of the wigs that looks much younger..keep that great personal ! 😊

Great customer service all the time. I always grab my favorite Caramel Frappuccino, Caramel Iced coffee, ice triple shot, etcs. I never had to wait long because on a busy day i avoid coming lol. Fair enough.
