Waited 20 minutes and paid nearly $20 for a meal that was disgusting. Drink way over sweetened. Wrap missing ingredients and thrown together. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in service. Didn't even give us a receipt so I could contact the company. Livernois and Wyoming, detroit. Don't waste your time or money here.

I am absolutely in love with these people in this place they are the most beautiful kind Souls and I can guarantee if I saw any one of your workers outside of this store I would trust him or her with my life not only my order they not only care about what they do and how they make your food but they care about how the food makes you feel and when you leave you feel like a better person and a better world! Conversating with Mrs. Manager ((thats what i call her♡))it gives me hope for a better Humanity♡ I will never go to another place,I will never respect an entire store, no matter what shift, mornings, days , or nights, this women has trained everyone of them to be kind ,to work hard, and appreciate the customers ,
they say , we make sure they get paid,and we are the reason the have a job to be employed , I am particular and i ce everyday, i order the same thing, and even though they are always already making it as they see me walk in, I still say, light cream, in my ice caps lol, they dong get annoyed at me ,they just look at me ,show me the beautiful brown as hell ice cap and say"WE GOT U TIFF" TO ME this is humble &&& THANK YOU AND THOSE STAR TATOOS SHE HAS ON HER ARMS THEY MATCH HER, SHE IS A STAR, IT ISNT ABOUT THE COFFEE, ITS LIKE THAT FEELING WHEN YOU SIT IN A BARBOR SHOP, WE FRIENDS, MAD RESPECT, THANK U, thank you so much for being so beautiful on the inside and the out my only advice is to get some darn heat on in that lobby LOL...

Wonderful experience. The customer service was awesome. I told her that my daughter purchased my bagel while visiting @Sinai Grace hospital during my daughter's delivery and a young lady by the name of Tina changed my experience to a FIVE STAR!!!

Viewers, please make sure you repeat your order twice so the employees can get it right. I refuse to stop supporting so I’m gone keep going here until they get it together. Also, if you request lots of sugar go down at least 2 packages to have the taste you really want.

Whoever is opening Manager for this store hired the proper young lady for the drive through. She's the SWEETEST Thing and is definitely out to make sure you have a great experience. Now if she was only twice her age... :)~) Lol!

Very Long Wait like almost 35 mins , Just for a cup of coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The next location is either Dearborn or Southfield. Unfortunately I will have to drive to one of those locations.

I wish I could rate this location higher. The staff is always nice, and some of the drive thru attendants are hilariously funny, and will make your day. My only complaint is they mess up my order quite a bit, and I order the same thing every time. I come back every now and again because the staff is good.
