Incredible quality. Baked goods are unique and taste wonderful. The stone ground mustard and Comte fougasse was also fantastic.

Best. Sourdough. Of. All. Time.
Seriously, pick up a few loaves and also snag a chorizo sandwich (on the sourdough). Also grab an almond croissant or a ricotta croissant toast. Both are DIVINE. If you’re looking to get a cinnamon bun make sure you get there right before they open because those babies sell out fast and there’s usually a line out the door.

BEST. BAKERY. EVER. I'm obsessed with their fouggase and mushroom pate vegan sandwich. Literally every pastry I've ever had here was delicious. Highlights include the bear claw, vegan pistachio lemon cake, almond croissant - I could gush forever but I'll stop here 🙃
A must try if you're visiting Detroit or if you live here and have never been - what are you waiting for?! 🥖🥐🥪🍪✨

Delightful as always! I was extremely happy to have had fresh bread from here for sandwiches for the week.
I also very much enjoyed the croissant toast -- do not miss it if it is there when you visit!

Wonderful friendly staff and a relaxing and pleasant place to enjoy your food! Came on a Sunday afternoon and had ice teas and the vegan almond cakes - one orange and one strawberry and the poppy seed short bread in the beautiful garden. Bought an almond loaf to take home. Definitely recommend as a place to hang out, reflect or finish some work.

The sesame cloud loaf is so good. I got there near closing on a snowy Friday afternoon and had plenty of options to choose from—the savory croissant thingy was good as well. Will definitely be back

Went in with high expectations, left not finishing anything I purchased. Country loaf had a nice color but was basically dough in some parts..same for cardamom knot, brown outside and dough inside.

Great tasting food, freshly baked breads, in house roasted coffee, and clean aesthetics. Ochre has all the qualities I to look for in a great brunch spot. The restaurant also has a great outdoor space in front of the cafe that is very toddler friendly. We had a great time chatting with the owner while we watched our toddlers play. I love that there are places like this in Detroit, and I am sure it will become a mainstay of the city in no time.
