This is a nice coffee shop in an interesting part of town. The area looks like it's going through gentrification, but it's progressing pretty well to provide a nice location.

Great modern, clean, local coffee shop in Detroit! Prices were quite high, as can be expected for such a nice design and build. Good design, great coffee. Nice sitting location, in or outdoors. Merch was too expensive for me, but coffee product is attainable, and very high quality.
