I placed a mobile order at 10:40 today, it is 11:18 and I still have not received my order. This place is packed to the max and the barrista’s have horrible attitude. They have advised that they aren’t going in order, they make the drinks as they come out of the machine and if you haven’t gotten your order you “need to wait till I call your name.” Glad I didn’t have a meeting as I’ve been with quicken for 6 years. Won’t be coming back.

This location is the worst Starbucks I've ever visit
I ordered two large caramel frappe and I paid for large size
But they gave me a medium size , when I told them I paid for large .. they said we can't change the order ( they stole my money) 😢
Even the test was bad

terrible experience. ALL employees were pressed for no reason at all. the wait wasn’t a problem; however, if i’m paying almost 6 dollars for two coffees i expect them to be decent. they forgot my espresso AND flavoring in my latte. the other latte had flavoring and espresso but it was watered down for some reason. same things for the hot chocolate another costumer ordered. people were standing to look for their mobile orders and an employee raised their voice because they were there for too long. absolutely ridiculous. as a former barista, there’s no need for such a rude attitude. do better.

The location is basically in the center of Campus Martius, very busy. Catering to all the working men and women from all the urrounding buildings, the batista do their best to work efficiently. With the pandemic among us and the world opening back up, we all should be more considerate. Keep up the good work One Kennedy Square!!

This location is average, compared to a lot of other stores. They fairly slow, but given the amount of customers that are usually there, I’d say they do a fair job with getting people in and out. My biggest complaint with this location is that I could go 5 times and order the exact same thing and get a drink that’s different every time. Very frustrating, especially when paying for extra components of the drink and not getting them. Just today, I ordered an vanilla sweet cream CB with an extra pump of vanilla. There were 0 pumps of vanilla, so I didn’t get what the drink was supposed to come with or the extra that I paid for.

I am pretty disappointed with my visit here. My order was not anything complex, but the cashier and barista did not seem to understand what was happening. A Venti Iced Hazelnut Latte Quad was my complete order.
The cashier was not aware of what I said. I repeated "Venti Iced Hazelnut Latte Quad" to her. She looked confused and then asked me how much hazelnut flavoring I wanted in it. I responded with whatever the standard amount is for a venti. She then repeated it back to me but only as a Venti Iced Hazelnut Latte. I mentioned to her that she was missing the "quad". She then looked puzzled, again. I then said to her I wanted four shots of espresso in the latte.
Mind you, this is not my first time ordering this drink from Starbucks, in general. This one from this specific location was overly sweet. I could not even taste the four shots of espresso because it was heavily masked by the sweetness.
Honestly, the staff here need to be better equipped with the jargon associated with coffee.

It's freezing outside and I just went in to get a white chocolate mocha with soy milk and whipped cream.... ....what did I get? Freaking hot chocolate with awful taste and smell. She repeated the order and still got it wrong. Empty starbucks too btw. Horrible service and I just wasted my money.
