Great full service Starbucks to grab a quick drink! Even with it being busy- the service was quick! The lobby next to Starbucks has tons of seating to enjoy while drinking!

Normally I go to Starbucks because of the consistent service and their drinks always come out the same. I was really annoyed at this particular Starbucks that the baristas didn't seem to care about customer service. To be fair the drinks were the same as any other Starbucks that I have gone to but the service was just terrible. For being in the Renaissance center I was surprised that the standards were so low. not only were they rude right from the gate but when I asked if they could fill up my water bottle they said no. at every other Starbucks I've gone to, the baristas have happily filled up my water bottle and I feel like it is the least that they could do after paying almost $6 for a latte. If you are staying in the Renaissance center I highly recommend that you just go somewhere else for coffee. Ignore the convenience, it will be worth it to go somewhere else.

Starbucks sends coupons to redeem on your birthday. This store told me that they do not honor those. How am I supposed to know that? I only find out after I have been in line a long time. Why wouldn't they honor them? They are a Starbucks store. I don't understand how a company can get away with these promotions that they do not honor. Very poor customer experience Starbucks!

Very clean and spacious. Somehow always has esthetic looking people working there and patronizing it as well. Its interesting phenomena. Its either coffee makes people look and feel good or good looking and well feeling people are attracted to coffee.

While the service is fine, the lattes always seem to taste burnt. I usually go to Starbucks because the coffee is consistently decent (not the best I've had, but certainly drinkable and better than what a lot of chains offer). This is the only location that has been consistently mediocre and after three inferior lattes, I've decided to stop visiting this location (inside the GM Renaissance Center).

Fantastic coffee products with matching, if not better, Customer Experience.
Don't work in the Ren Center anymore, but this was apart of my daily routine when I did, and every time I go back to the Ren Center I be sure to stop in and grab a cup.
The first communication I had every weekday morning would be with the employees here and it always started my day off right. Good people, good stories, good laughs and smiles with good coffee. Can't ask for a better way to start your day.

TOASTED ALMOND is my absolute favorite coffee. I have tried other brands but no one seems to be able to get it right. I wish I had some right now to get me over that 3:30 afternoon hump. Delish:)
