This place should be shut down - it is extremely dirty, unkept, and lacks management. To top it all off, the establishment is not following code or covid capacity regulations!! While we all were cramped in line several customers were not even wearing their masks. My partner got ice cream but I refused to touch or let alone eat anything!
As a restaurant owner myself, this was quite disturbing..

The ice cream was grainy in texture, which means it had melted, and instead of throwing it out they refroze it and sold it. Customer service is terrible as well. They will stand there just looking at you waiting for someone else to help you.

Right outside the Greektown casino, near the tram stop, location was excellent. Service was quick and the staff was so funny. Plus, the ice cream was delicious 😋

This cold stone can be accessed on the street or inside the casino. It is always clean and pleasant. The customer service is excellent. I've had them make me two custom cakes and each time they've turned out beautiful. Definitely recommend this location.
