Currently they are not letting you order inside of the restaurant. However the doors are open to walk inside to pick up an online order… Didn’t make much sense. The worst place. They did not have the flavors to prepare a banana split, I had to pick up some other flavors.
They did not put any chocolate and strawberry topping and plus they gave a little spoon. The spoon they give to taste the ice creams
The store opens at 5am I arrived at 730. I ordered a dozen donut and they said they don't have any donuts. I asked what time will they will have some and he rudely replied "I can't give you a time". They might as well kept the door locked if they couldn't serve customers.
I've been going there since it opened. It started off great and has just gone downhill. My coffee is never consistent and they never keep employees long enough to learn your orders. If I had another one closer I would be going there because this one just can't get right
I’ll make this quick. I ordered a glazed donut that had absolutely No glaze on it. This has happened more than once. However, the staff is usually Very friendly and pleasant.
Tykeeya and Mrs. Stephanie really the WHOLE STAFF are awesome they were SUPER BUSY LIKE SUPER BUSY. I watched them get every customer from the drive thru to the inside in and out with grace and precision. No one complained and they all were WORKING FAST to get us out in a timely manner. The absolute worst. They are slow and I mean slow. You can be the only customer and it will take them 20 minutes to make a drink. They never have anything in stock and you can come as soon as they are open they will be out of donuts, coffee, sugar, etc. They always get your order wrong. The kids tha
Superb service. The new refresher line of drinks were amazing. No doughnuts though. Guess supply chain issues.
