Four starts because I never had issues with my food but customer service needs work. As a hospitality worker I can say that if you are not a "people person" or have a hard time leaving your problems outside the workplace then you should find another job. Most of the time the workers at this location seem unhappy and treat customers like we are bothering them.

Just lost me as a customer I went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo. He asked me what side I wanted, mashed potatoes, ok. Took it home to find out they gave me a thigh and wing with a biscuit, that's it, the wrong order with no mashed potatoes. Ok no problem, everyone makes mistakes. I came back a few weeks later, and ordered the same thing in the drive thru. Got home and opened the bag. This time they gave me the tenders and a biscuit but no mashed potatoes. The guy at the drive thru even asked me what side I wanted and he charged me for the mashed again. Never again will I return to this location, thank you.

Have had three bad experiences here so will not eat here again. First time I ordered chicken nuggets. I got the bottom of the bin. It was all just the breading. Had one tiny piece of chicken in the order. Next time chicken was way over cooked. Last time today not only overcooked but the smallest pieces of chicken. The leg had the most meat got three bites from that the thigh I got two bites and the wing two bites. Was still hungry after I was done.

I saw a couple unsanitary actions while waiting on my order, staffs weren't wearing gloves or hair net or masks which makes me hesistant to dine here again. One staff member wiped his nose with his bare hand and then wiped his hand in his shirt and then handled a dine-in customer's meal. I don't like no one was wearing gloves and handling the food.
