The Steak had alot of flavor, and juice, also the Shrimp, and lobster soup was really delicious in my opinion our, waitress was super nice and got everything together all in all I like the hospitality we received.

Great service and food. Cheesy mushrooms and chicken tenders were great. Steak and shrimp sides were perfect. Staff forgot for a minute but quickly brought out shrimp perfectly prepared with an extra side for our table. Honestly everything was perfectly cooked and prepared and staff was great and professional.
Also dessert: chocolate stampede is heavenly for any chocolate lover. Best to share as portions are extremely generous too.

The service was fantastic, our waitress was so nice and warm person. We put in our order and it came out pretty quick. The restaurant was not over crowded like other longhorn restaurants with was great for a Saturday. The food was fantastic. Everything was very delicious and not over priced like other steak restaurants. The quality of the food was just as great as other steak house in the city. I was honestly surprised I was not expecting the food to be that good from a chain restaurant but everything was so good.

Wait was long but good and service was good. Sat at the bar because seats opened up before our table was ready. Wait was about 1 hour and 20 min. Food was good. I had a steak and it was cooked properly. Drinks from the bar were good. One drink was served a bit sloppy. Only suggestion is to pay attention to bar top cleanliness.

I get it - this is a chain restaurant. But hey, the food is great. Okay, the Outlaw Ribeye is sinewy, so stay away from that one. All the other choices are top notch. And for you carb lovers, don't forget the loaded baked potato. And I like the old west paraphernalia throughout as well.

I want to extend my most sincere gratitude to Manager Toni and her awesome team. Yesterday we celebrated my sister’s university graduation at the Des Plaines location. We had a party of 40 guests and everything went phenomenal! The restaurant is very nice and clean. The food and drinks are delicious. The customer service was superb! Thank you a Toni, Simone, Joe and Joe for everything. This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites.
