30+ min wait in a 4 car line. Ordered a turkey & Swiss, no tomato. Wrap was falling apart and full of tomatoes plus bacon and the wrong sauce. Got a sloppy mix of half crinkle cut fries and half curly. Out of time and hangry as the meal was barely palatable.

I had a doordash. No customers in the lobby or drive thru. I thought I could just pick it up through the drive thru. They told me to pick up inside. I went inside. Found one employee on her phone and nobody was so busy they couldn’t hand me the order through drive thru. Unbelievable.

I came through the drive-through this morning around 11 AM. In ordered A medium French dip meal his dip meal. And was assisted by Dominic, Who had a fantastic attitude. Very playful and friendly. Very enjoyable interaction

I am in love with horsey sauce. I go there when I need a vehicle for the sauce. I loved their hot sandwiches and loved them both but they are no more. Sad

2/23/22 I ordered delivery by door dash and it was excellent service.
My order was 9 pc chicken nuggets, curly fries, vanilla shake, reuben sandwich, crinkle fries, mint Shake 5 pc poppers and 5 pc chicken nuggets.
Everything was hot and fresh. Their chicken nuggets are real bites of white meat chicken and they are so good. My family was very happy with the food.

I ordered Door Dash from this Arby's and the fries I got were so disgusting they were no longer edible. It looked like they had been sitting on the floor all day. This was heartbreaking.
