Freaky slow! a reason why you order from a place like this is because its suppose to be fast, at least faster than a pizza or other restaurants! took 2 hrs to get food! stay away unless you can do pickup.

I have tried to order delivery here for the past 5 weeks and every time I get the same thing. 2 hour delivery time. I'm literally a block away at work and they say this every single time at 11:20am when I call for break. I'm just over it and will be done ordering from here.

Do not order from this location UNLESS you like to wait 2 hours for a delivery. Pathetic. Hire more drivers don’t make excuses Richard.

Over a hour and a half wait for delivery... just to get an entirely wrong order!
Called just around the hour mark and was told the order was out for delivery but it didn't arrive for another 30-40 minutes.
We are 4 minutes away from Jimmy John's and yes in retrospect we should've just picked up the order but instead we trusted the "Freaky Fast delivery" simply for the convience of it, but it was neither freaky fast or convenient.
I always laugh at reviews where people say they wish they could leave 0 stars or less but I now understand the scenario that would lead one to feel such a way

Was there today at 2:00 pm . They ran out of French bread. What you don't need bread to make a sandwich??? More like bad manager ! Said come back in 45 minutes !

I ordered two sandwiches for my daughter and I for dinner. Other Jimmy Johns locations are pretty fast with their deliveries and I've never had any issues. Not this one. It took well over an hour to receive any food. I called and I was just told that he would be there any minute now. I'm not sure if they're short staffed or not but over an hour late for a "freaky fast" delivery is pretty ridiculous. The bread was soggy which is pretty gross. I'll avoid this Jimmy Johns now.
