Basically this is standard American buffet. The flavor not to bad. Don't expecting to much choice of food. But they have an extra steak menu out of buffet. Good for family. My experience for this place so far so good. I like how clean the place and bathroom. Really nice and helpful staff. Ready good
My memories of Bonanza are largely from the eighties and nineties when you got a mediocre steak and the salad bar had widely differing offerings and levels of quality from location to location with maybe two hot food options on the salad bar if you were lucky.

Took the kids here to experience something I did with my Grandparents as a child and had great memories of. It was a great experience once again. I ordered a ribeye steak, med. Our family went out for a last get together here. This was our go to for mothers day and easter every year when i was growing up. It sucks that they are closing. The service was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a little bit of a wait but they handled the rush very well and got my large group seated and drinks served fairly quick. The buffet was fabulous with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The prices were reasonable as well.

Honestly can't ask for much more in a buffet. Good value, friendly staff, and clean floors and tables. Every item I choose was fresh and tasty at lunch when I went just recently. The food bars appeared clean and well kept. This particular place is one of the survivors and those are the reasons why.
