We discovered this lovely Cafe while staying at the Derby Line Village Inn.
Jane does it all ! The food is delicious, and her hospitality is wonderful as well. If you are in this area, stop by for great food and conversation. You won't be disappointed.
We actually were not able to order food due to a change in travel plans but we did get to chat! It is a very simple and cozy atmosphere with the essential breakfast goodies, we were bummed that we couldn't stay longer.

Order a "CHOMP." It's an unadvertised house specialty that only the most discerning patrons know to ask for: a 3-egg omelet whose ingredients (cheese, ham, onions, mushrooms, and peppers) form the acronym that inspired its name. Just say, "Jane, gimme a CHOMP!" She'll know.

We cross the border at least once a month to have breakfast or lunch; we are fans of Jane's from the days when she had a cafe in Stanstead; so glad she's back "in the kitchen".
