Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is just terrible anymore. The quality isn’t it, there’s about a 1 in a millionth chance you’d get the right order if placing it online, and sometimes it’s just down right disgusting. I tried giving them another chance after months of not eating here. I ordered a veggie bowl and got a chicken bowl, WITH A HAIR STRAND IN IT. This location needs new management bad.

Since they change staff and mgr the quality of food and service you get has gone down the drain. I watch a customer return meal for refund due to poor preparation. My server never greeted me he looks like he does not want to be there and second kid use his hand to wipe all the food spilled on the side and never wash his hands or change gloves and move on to the next customer. Poor sanitation is a rescue for disaster. I watch the CEO on Bloomberg and cnbc always bragging about service and quality of food If you charge premium price we need premium service

So over the last 2 weeks have had 2 bad experiences from this location. First was when I tried to order a quesadilla and the machine was down, like no one knows how to cook one on the tortilla press. 2nd, wife wanted an order of chips and dip at 9:15 and ordered with door dash, the dasher got there and the location was out of chips. They waited for approx 20 min and the location never made any more chips. I would have to blame management on that one. The place is being poorly managed and its being reflected by the way the staff handle simple tasks. Just blow people off, time to find another place to patron.

I’m very disappointed this is second time ordering from here and both experiences were terrible for the amount I have recently wrote an email last time they never gotten back to me. This time there was no seasoning on the chicken and on top of that there was so little chicken in there. Half of it was filled with rice. NOT AGAIN. For the amount spend at this place it should be at least decent but it was absolutely disgusting. And I’m surprised because you can’t really mess up rice, unfortunately the rice was horrible.

LOOOL idk I gave two stars because the food was good when I ate it however I had abdominal pain few moments later and had the bad case of the runs. I popped two pain killers thinking I was having really bad premenstrual cramps. I confirmed it was the chipotle I had as my bf had the runs a few hours afterwards and that was the only common thing we ate. I’m not sure if the restaurant was dirty I just noticed there were a lot of staff in the small restaurant. Please make sure your food is not bad & clean 🧼. Staff was friendly I was only there for 2 mins to order.
