Applebee's

Went there for lunch and the food and service were A+ We asked to be seated by a window and it was no problem. Zeus was our waiter! He was the best, smiling, in a great mood, very friendly, professional! We ordered Bourbon shrimp and chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and for desert a triple chocolate mini cake drizzled in chocolate syrup and it comes with a vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. I forgot to take photos of the main course and appetizer. We did a special offer with 2 meals and choice of 1 appetizer for $30. Desert and drinks were additional. We watched other staff and servers hustling to get food and drinks to their customers tables and it was impressive. They have stepped up their service. We had our appetizer in 5 minutes after placing order and main course arrived before we could finish the appetizer. Good food is one thing but great service makes the experience something you appreciate and remember. We went at lunchtime on a Friday and it was already getting busy but the service was awesome and the food was delicious! Thank you to Zeus our server and Applebees for a great dining experience!

If this was my first time eating at Applebee's, I'd never return. First and foremost, if I request to be seated at a booth, don't question if a table would be okay. Hence the word BOOTH. We get seated, Justin is our waiter. Seems to be a nice guy... ordered our drinks.. water and coffee, simple. Why did my appetizer, ROOM TEMP spinach and artichoke dip & caesar salad come out prior to my drinks and silverware🤔🤔 When asking for silverware for my salad, the girl looks at me and says "silverware" as if she had to think as to why I'm asking for silverware. Unfortunately, where I come from, we use forks and spoons. Do you eat with your fingers...maybe so that's why the thought was pondering in her shallow a$$ brain. Cold appetizers = cold food = food poisoning. Pass. Especially if I have to pay for it. I politely dismissed myself from the establishment. The kicker is...asked for our waters after 8 mins of waiting. Yes, to be exact. Even the table next to us noticed this... we were told that they were washing the cups. That's what's taking so long. Smh DO BETTER!!! GET LIKE OUTBACK😜🤭🤭🤭

Dry disappointed. My chicken Bourbon with mash potatoes was supposed to have the bourbon sauce on it it did not have it . The The artichoke and spinach dip was clearly cooked in the microwave the container was burnt with the spinach stuck to it smh. My sons 4 Mac and cheese with the chicken strip dry. The waitress was very rude. Never have I ever had an issue here till today 2/2/22
