You really owe it to yourself to get to this place for dinner!!! The chef's 4 or 5 course tasting menu is such an amazing culinary trip! Everything is fresh and very flavorful. The chefs, servers and front of the house were TOP notch!! Great drinks and lovely wines. It's abundantly clear everyone knows and cares about what's being served. It was worth the price for this experience. Can't wait to go back again!!

The best dinner I have ever had in 47 years! Hostess Lisa is an excellent hostess!! Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made my experience unforgettable!!! From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and their ability to make me feel like a valued guest. I can't recommend these hostesses highly enough; they are the epitome of what great hosting should be! Highly recommend adventure waits...

A fantastic dining experience awaits you at Restaurant Beck. Expect to enjoy your evening and take your time. Each dish takes time to be prepared, but when it hits your table it is absolutely stunning and the flavors of each component are marvelous. I would suggest this place for those that aren’t looking for a meal to satiate their hunger but instead want to treat themselves to a fun dinner with unusual & exciting options. I had rabbit for the first time and it surprised me in a good way! My understanding is that the 3 course menu changes weekly as they go to the farmer’s market, and the chef offers a blind tasting menu option as well - meaning you don’t know what will come out, it’s all a surprise. You’ll enjoy whatever you choose!

Absolutely outstanding experience. We got the five course tasting menu, and each was an absolute delight. For our tasting menu, we were started with albacore slices on an excellent aoli with greens, followed by a perfectly roasted salmon with a superb butter flavor and a marionberry sauce that complemented it wonderfully. The chef then surprised us with an additional course, a rabbit press with a berry sauce and browned butter walnut crumble and edible flowers that had outstanding tastes and textures. The delights continued with a generous roasted pork belly paired with a sweet and savory ice cream and blueberry sauce that was incredible both apart and combined. The final course was an American Wagyu, cooked perfectly with a berry reduction and roasted pine nuts on top, coupled with roasted zucchini and a chickpea-based polenta. The result was a triumph of successive and distinct notes of sweet from the berry reduction followed by the zucchini, and then strong savory notes from the steak, followed by the polenta cake. The whole affair was topped off with desert, a Bavarian vanilla ice cream, rice pudding, cake, and whiskey cherries on a bed of slivered almonds. A great finish to an outstanding meal. The entire time we were able to enjoy the wonderful view of the bay, including near-constant whale spouts from a nearby pod, and our servers were incredibly attentive, personable, and helpful. The price is on the high side, but is unequivocally worth every penny. This has now become a staple in our favorite eateries in the state.

I was hoping the food was as good as the view and was happy to find out it was! I’ve been to many fine dining restaurants all over the US and this was up there with the better ones I’ve been to. The main courses really shined, the lamb and black cod were cooked perfectly and the accompanying additions were clever and enhancing. It’s expensive but on par with many fine dining places that have regular urban real estate. Would definitely return when I’m back in the area. Service was outstanding.

This is one of the nicer places I've been to on the coast. Being a downtown Portland local, I have a lot of selection and a lot of fancy restaurants to compare my rating to. The food here is well- thought out, well- presented, and pretty well prepared. It was mostly delicious with a few exceptions. Beck is certainly spendy, but worth it based on presentation, quality, service, and atmosphere. Only a few things would have changed my rating to 5-stars. Each meal was delicious, but the fish was slightly undercooked in the middle, and the pork was slightly overcooked in the middle. I loved the presentation of the lettuce but I noticed some dirt that was not washed off so I couldn't eat it. The ahi tartar was more of a rare- cooked tuna, but was delicious nonetheless. Amazing taste pairings within each course, and genius ideas. I will definitely visit here again.

We made the trip to Depoe Bay to celebrate my wife's birthday and found this intimate restaurant. It came highly rated and was perfect for a special occasion. Everyone on staff was so kind and really made the night special. The food was exactly what we wanted and the wine was paired really well. I want to try other things on the menu.

Arrived to a warm genuine welcome. It was the first day of spring The sun was out and the view was fantastic from our table. From the moment we sat down Steff served us the five course chef tasting menu with paired wine It was the perfect birthday celebration for my wife. Highly recommend 🥂 whether it's a special occasion or dinner date. Thank you chef for a fantastically executed meal with fantastic Service with unparalleled views.

Holy cow. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and Restaurant Beck did not disappoint. It is $$$$, but everything is so artistically prepared into works of culinary excellence. Unique pairings and fresh flavors will ignite your senses and render you speechless. Oh, and the homemade bread is to die for! If you truly want an ‘experience’ to remember (plus beautiful views in a romantic setting), don’t overlook this place. It’s a 5-star treat!
