Just started coming here for Chinese food. The staff here is very nice and professional. The food has been great every time we’ve ordered. There are no left overs after this lunch! Will definitely be coming back. Good value for great quality food!

Didn’t seem to have a dine in option. The food however was really good. Shrimp roll, shrimp with broccoli, veg fried rice with egg and spring roll were all delicious.

There is something different about this place - and that is precisely what I was looking for. First thing I noticed was that the food here tastes more "home style" - and isn't nearly as salty as typical Chinese take out in the area. This makes the dishes more flavorful for me. They also have a variety of different dishes on the menu and which I haven't seen at other places.
The cooking style here is unique and decidedly sincere. My wife's vegetable lo mein was garlicky and flavorful, which she liked. My subgum wonton dish was delicious and plentiful. I feel like the cooking style here is less greasy and oily too. In an area where Chinese take out is largely homogenous, Oriental Express really stands out as being distinctive!
If you are lookng for a Chinese take out that does things their own way and is refreshingly different, this place may be for you. I ordered two times before posting this review, and each time the food was consistent and high quality. I'll definitely be back to try their other dishes.

Very happy with our first Chinese take-out experience in Denville! We placed an order online for a lot of different entrees and everything was exactly as we'd ordered and very delicious! The place was very busy (which is completely understandable) at supper time, but I didn't have to wait very long for it to be ready. Great service and amazing food! =)

Great place for takeout. Was walking past the restaurant, picked up a menu and went back to order. Didn't know what to expect since I've never been here before. Seemed very busy which I thought was a good sign.
I ordered the chicken and broccoli dinner special and the egg foo young dinner special. Also House special chow fun.
Also got a free scallion pancake for spending over $28.
I was pleasantly surprised with all of the food. The dinner specials came with fried rice and egg rolls. Good egg rolls. Haven't had a skinny pancake in five or plus years so it was very nice to have one.

I'm a very cautious Asian food consumer. This was a 4.5 & I am veryyy selective! Had a taste of each of, scallops, shrimp roll, sesame chicken dinner with pork fried rice, chicken nuggets & almond cookies for dessert! Alll was veryyy tasty! Great job all! 👏 👏 👏

This place is about quality, they have excellent take out food and a clean facility. Everything you could ask for in a take out place. They deliver and always prepare our food so quickly. Everything is always hot and fresh, if they should happen to forget something just call them and the driver will rush it over to you. I believe it’s family owned and operated. I really love their chicken and broccoli it’s my go to. I recently tried their curry chicken dish which was really good too! I haven’t been disappointed yet.

My mom wanted chinese and she suggested this place. None of us have ever been there. So we decided to give it a shot.
The shrimp lo mein was scrumptious. The sweet and sour chicken was the best we've had. Honestly.... our new go to spot for takeout night. Highly recommend.

This is my "go to" local Chinese food restaurant. I usually get take-out but on occasion I have dined it. The two young owners are always there - an owner on the premises helps ensure the quality. They have all of the regular Asian / American favorites. I like their Chicken with broccoli - they do an excellent job with both ingredients and they are consistently very fresh. I do branch out and try the Hunan and other spicy offerings. They know me well and they make a shrimp with broccoli dish, adding a few extra shrimp for a small additional charge and teh shrimp is always fresh and cooked to my liking.
Lunch special prices are under $6.00 and that's amazing since the portions are generous.
A clean shop. Friendly owners. Good value - both food and prices.
A great little take-out place and my favorite Denville restaurant.

This place is an awesome got to if you want local Chinese food. They're always pleasant & make the changes I request to the meals. Amount of food is large, (always have leftovers) & tastes great! I love this place

Great place with some great vegetarian options! Their vegetarian chicken is great! And I love that you can order online. Definitely more of a take-out or delivery place rather than sit-in.

The food is good, it isn’t greasy and their prices are so reasonable. There have been nights we couldn’t get into Hunan or just wanted delivery and this place has never disappointed.

I have enjoyed meals here for years. The chicken and shrimp dishes are my favorites. The kitchen is visible from the small dining room and is very clean. Prices are good, especially at lunch. My current favorite dish is honey chicken. My wife loves the shrimp chow mein.
