Review Taco Bell - Denver

I walked in. I have never used the screen on the diner. A young male came to help me and taught me how it works. While I was waiting for my order, a teen girl greeted me with a smile while she was cleaning neatly the counter.The lady that did my order greeted me too. My order was reviewed before it was handed to me. Thanks, Diego for your valuable help and excellent costumer service!

Wrong order. I ordered two beef supreme soft tacos and end up receiving two regular soft tacos for the lovely high price of two supreme tacos. Please believe the other reviewers. They're not lying about incorrect orders.

This place ruins orders so often that you would think that the workers were trained to provide poor customer service. Only go here if you enjoy: - 30 minute wait times - Missing food items - Unusual bowel movements (even for taco bell's standards) - Rude employees - Nacho fries dipped in ****ing sewage water

I understand that we are going through a pandemic, and there has been a lot of stress, and customers can be rude, but as employees, that shouldn’t be taken out on the other customers looking to find a meal. That being said, while some coworkers and I were trying to get lunch, we were given the worst customer service by the girl taking our order and two other girls working there who kept on rushing our order to the point where she failed to ask what kind of drink we wanted on a combo and when we finally got our food there was food missing and food that was wrong and when we went back and brought it up to the staff they took offense and said they didn’t get anything wrong. We told them we were missing a quesadilla and said they only charged us for one even though we ordered two because the girl taking the order decided to rush. On top of that, we brought up how she didn’t ask us what drink we wanted, to which she replied, “maybe you shouldn’t order so much food.” I didn’t know there was a limit to how much a group of four people could order. When we asked for our money back, we offered to return the food, which was denied, and we were told we weren’t being charged. I’m not one to write reviews, but I’ve never been so upset by a group of employees. Please learn to treat customers who aren’t rude respectfully and correctly because that’s how you turn them into people who hate the hard-working people in the fast-food industry. I understand the staff might’ve had a bad day, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to be a bad person. I’ve worked in the fast-food industry, and I understand people can be rude, but I understand not everyone is a terrible person so I treat the customers how they treat me. Please learn to do the same.

The employees aren't aware of customer relations. We were told when pulling up to the drive through that they can only fulfill small orders since they were about to close. They didn't close for another half hour to an hour. Plus until the hour of the store's closing for the evening isn't it in the businesses best interest for profitability to fulfill any order made by the consumer? I wonder if the owner would appreciate his employees being so lazy.

I would definitely stay away from this location. They don't like to give you what you ordered and only allow 3 items per vehicle. Also they do not know how to make in app orders or would want to fulfill them. The female that was very rude doesn't know how to treat people that's for sure. Very degrading . Also I wouldn't be surprised if they would something to the food before you received it . I'm still waiting on district to contact me. Stay away from this location.

Do not order or eat here. Female staff is so rude and doesn't know how to treat people. Doesn't know how to work or just plain lazy. Should be fired from all of these reviews but managers are afraid. Lobby is always closed food orders never ful filled . This location should be closed permanently. Be ware ordering here because you might get extra odd objects in food. Also wrong orders and hard food items.

Ordered here through the app. Get to the place and their system is down. I ask what I have to do in order to get my money back since it already charged me. In a rude tone the girl at the drive through answers me. She was also very rude when I first pulled up telling me in a rude tone the system was down.
