I just have to say, I went here today for drive thru service. I was told that they are not able to serve you during shift change at 2:30 pm. I asked how long it would be and she said 15 minutes. I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing. You would think A manager would be able to multi task their employees. Needless to say I didn't wait.

Ordered breakfast delivery. The app gave me no confirmation of my order nor any tracking info. After 45 minutes I called the store and was told my order was ready but had not been picked up. I went to the store myself and had to wait 10 minutes while they prepared it. Once there, the employee was nice. But the overall delivery order process was a failure for me. Not sure who ends up with the delivery service charge and driver tip I paid.

I am sympathetic to the fact that help is hard to find and I extend grace to every eating establishment. However, I simply do not have 20 extra minutes to sit and wait in the drive thru. I will try again down the road but this was my 2nd attempt in 2 weeks and ended up driving away.

they have no respect for their customers the black manager came out and was being extremely disrespectful towards her customers and I do not appreciate that for them to disrespect my wife and me at the same time and they also let other customers disrespect me and my wife. I would never spend another dollar here and they also spit in your food and use tomatoes that are off the floor just so you guys know you're welcome and I will post this anywhere and everywhere that I can! frustrated customer !!

Food is NEVER HOT, it's like they make way too much ahead of time and it just sits. That being said, you're LUCKY if cold food is your only problem, at least 50% of the time we go here they don't give us something we paid for. It's so frustrating to spend money here to constantly get bad food or the wrong order. I'd say avoid this place if you have any other options.

Once again I’ve had to put a review on this place. There was nobody In the drive through and it took them literally ten minutes to get the the speaker to take our order. We ask for condiments lady has a whole attitude. And those fries taste like the whole can of salt was dumped on them. This happened at night time two hours before closing so there is no reason for all that attitude. Everybody has bad days but leave it at home or don’t go to work.

Tried to use Whopper Wednesday $2 coupon code provided on my phone but was told the code was invalid. In order not to hold up the line, got a new code and drove back through drive-thru. Was again told that the new code was invalid even after showing her my phone with the code. Informed the window attendant how unsatisfied I was and drove off.

To be honest eating here is ok. The food taste great but it's not enough food for what your paying for. You can spend $10 on a meal but when you get it you think it's a kids meal. The burgers are really small for the amount of money for a good meal. When you finish eating your still hungry then that's another money. My honest opinion food here should cost way less than what they cost. Not a food experience for me at Burger King.
