My son and I have been sick. My son had a fever of 102 so the easiest way to get an order is to do curbside. My order said it would be done in 10 to 20 minutes and I would receive a notification. When Got to Pizza Hut I decided to call because I had not yet received a notification and it had been over 20 minutes. I was on the phone for 12 minutes and no one answered. Waited a few minutes and tried to call again and the recording said the store was closed. Mind you I’m sitting in the parking lot watching people go in and out and waiting for my order or at least some type of notification. Finally after 45 minutes from my ordering time I decided to go in. I was told they were too busy to bring my order out. I have worked in the restaurant and it doesn’t matter how busy you are. You go in order! I had left a tip and they refused to even try to give me back my tip. The tip was to have it delivered to my car. I was told that I didn’t have to leave a tip. After asking to speak to the manager I was told that she was busy and would tell me the same thing. The only reason I like Pizza Hut is for their stuffed crust pizzas. The last time we got pizza from the Pizza Hut in Denver the pasta made my daughter and I violently sick.

They’ve started using door dash for delivery. They do not tell you this up front when ordering on the app. Door dash delivered food cold and took almost an hour after leaving the store to bring our food.
That being said, when I called the store the manager worked with me very professionally and refunded the order.
Hate Doordash but this Pizza Huts management makes up for it.

Order a pizza from this location and was told it would arrive in 25-35 mins. After 55 mins I tried to call to check the status and got an automated message that said they were closed. My husband drove to pick the pizza up and they were infact closed and our pizza was freezing cold because it had just been sitting there. It would have been nice to get a call or something letting us know our pizza would not be delivered. We got nothing but a cold pizza we had to pick up but paid for delievery.

I just tried to place an order for a large pizza. I ask that all the pepperoni be put on top like I've been ordering for the last 30 years. She said she would not do that. Because she would get fired if she made the pizza like that. 😂 Won't be calling them back. I called Marco's pizza and they were more than happy to do that for me and their pizza was really really good. I had never eaten there before but will be going back.

Greatly improved pizza! We ordered a supreme, thin crust and a pepperoni, extra cheese, pan crust last night . The marinara sauce was delicious, toppings were nice and the crust was cooked perfectly. Delivery was fast, pizza was hot and our delivery guy was very friendly. Thank you!
Review edit: I gave them 5 stars, but just took 2 stars off because I called them (currently on hold) to give the manager a compliment regarding the above, so the employees involved could get some positive recognition and the hispanic girl who answered the phone was so rude, sounded extremely annoyed to have to answer the phone and immediately put me on hold. I called a 2nd time and was put on hold again, the guy was not friendly either, but not as rude as the girl. I am still on hold, after two phone calls and it has now been 35 minutes!!! I finally had to hang up with nothing accomplished. I was hoping to speak with someone because everything, these days, is online and very impersonal. Now I have a not so good feeling about this Pizza Hut. Not sure if I want to chance someone like this making my food! RUDE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE!! I never received my order. According to online, the store was open at 10:30, so I ordered for a 10:45 pickup. When I arrived, the doors were locked and a sign posted that due to staffing they were not open. I am still waiting to see if the charges to my debit card have been returned, seeing as I never received the order. If there is a staffing issue, I understand; however, those changes should have been adjusted with online ordering; as I drove 10 miles to pick the order up.

Website said 25 to 35 mins it took a hour be for it was on the way and has been 30 min more and still no pizza. So a hour and a half. And now we have very unhappy family. Not a great experience

Delivery range is too small. Always having issues with keeping delivery drivers, timely delivery and keeping my food fresh. Very displeased with the service here
