Wendy's - Denver - Photo album

My last review of this establishment was a low score because of the lack of sanitation and customer service. I must say that they have greatly improved. I am guessing they took everyone's comments to ♥ and started making changes. Either way, I am impressed with how much better they are now.

Meal was horrible. Chicken on sandwich and chicken on ceasar salad had to be sitting under a heat lamp all day they were both so dry couldn't bite through them. Got side of strawberries for my child's meal and they were covered in Mold!!!! Will never be returning to this Wendy's or possibly any Wend

Very disappointed. Just left from ordering to-go inside during the lunch rush. Let me start by saying I have work at Starbucks as a supervisor and FULLY understand being short staffed and overwhelmed. This place absolutely sucks!. This is the third time that I have stopped by here for breakfast and it is the same story every day. I stopped for breakfast this morning and there was absolutely no one in line and no one inside the store but I was asked to wait a moment. What am I waiting on? For them

This place should just close. 4 of the last 6 time they have ignored the fact I was even there, and the 2 times they didn't they got my food wrong. Over it. Do what you need to do to get more or better employees in there!

The food is always really good however this particular location seems to struggle. Sandwiches tend to be sloppily thrown together and this morning, on my way into work, I'd shown up 15 to 20 minutes after they were supposed to have opened to lock doors and a silent drive-thru.

The food was good. Would've given it a 5 but the fries were crispy but cool and we ordered a junior bacon and received a junior mayonnaise burger.
