Placed an order on the app. Once it said it was ready went in to get it and they tell me you must be at the wrong location because we have no order for you. I show them my confirmation and payment and they told me it didn’t matter they won’t make it without a ticket. I asked how they could make it right and he said well I can void the order and you will be refunded. I asked how that was possible if he was saying he did not have an order for me. He just said OH yeah! My order finally came through 20 minutes later and instead of doing my order they did all the people in the restaurant first. Took another 45 minutes to get our sandwiches. No sorry, no apology. Nothing!!! We will never be back!

Was suggested to order on the app since only one person works during one of the busiest times, lunch. Order place on app, no problem. I waited 40 minutes total for 2 subs. Ordered the subs at 1200 and suppose to be ready at 1225. I asked if my order was ready at 1225 and it was not even started. The employee needed to walk over to the print out to tell me ‘we are still working on it’. Don’t bother coming here until they hire someone to help out the lone employee.

Wrong bread, wrong meat, no one answers the phone. So I’ve never had a bad experience at this Subway… until tonight. We Doordashed our sandwiches and as someone who has worked at Subway… it is not that hard to read the online orders off a receipt. My brother, boyfriends, and my sandwiches were wrong. And if I’m paying you $12!!!!!! To make 1 sandwich… make it right. I’m so disappointed mainly because Subway provides the employees with recipe sheets to read off of as some sandwiches are more popular than others. And mine was made wrong. A $40 dinner and all of it was made improperly and with lack of effort. Never going to this Subway again. Thanks 🥺

Stopped by to get lunch & ended up having the loveliest conversation with one of the employees while she made my sandwich. Not only did she make everything exactly as I liked it, she also had me leaving with a smile on my face. The peak of excellence when it comes to customer service. I will definitely be back!

Went here recently and was extremely disappointed. Things here have definitely gone sour after months. Tell me how it's even possible to get an online order wrong when all you have to do is follow what's on the receipt. I did not order onions, but they still put them on. I ordered ranch, pickles, and CHEESE and somehow they were not put on the sandwich. It's like they didn't even follow the receipt and did their own thing. Judging from the reviews and my own experience, these boys definitely need more training. I'll be returning today to demand a refund and won't be coming back.

I stopped by the Subway at Harris teeter in Denver to get supper for the family when I arrived there was one man and his wife in front of me two young men behind the counter one young man was attempting to make a salad and he told the lady that he didn't know how to make it that he would do his best the other young man came from back of the restaurant was placing his visor on his head shaking his hair vigorously right there where the food was being made he then washed his hand and asked me for my order when I told him I had five subs he told me that he could not make them that I would have to order them online and there was a 2-hour wait there was two people behind me in line making comments also about the service I will not be back to this restaurant. If there's a new policy about ordering multiple sandwiches it needs to be posted.

The food was good, the employees were very nice and the store was clean.
Well I had to edit my review. I went in today and there was a young man working that had a bunch of bracelets on, one of them was cloth and had a long tail that he was dragging across the sandwiches and the fixings as he was preparing the food. How is it the manager is clueless to the hygiene of the employees? I could not take the thought of even if I had someone else prepare my food that bracelet has already been in the toppings. I informed the manager and left. Most people don’t care anymore you have to watch and speak up.

This store is always clean and very quick. I’ve even gotten to know one of the workers, Will. He always does a great job on my sandwich and is very quick.
