Really helpful and patient young men working on Sunday afternoon. We had a car full in the drive up and miscommunicated an order. They helped us figure out what we meant and made it, and refunded the price difference in a quick minute. Super impressed and thankful young people are willing to work so we can enjoy ice cream!!!

I pay for a large strawberry sundae, but staff gave me a small and said that that is the only size can make. I was over charged and under delivered on what I ordered

My favorite cake is the Ice cream cake 🍦 from Dairy Queen. I don’t eat it that often but when I do I want it to taste perfect. We recently purchased one and I was super disappointed because it tasted like freezer burn. I called the next day and the owner said she would exchange it for us. I was so impressed on how she handled the situation. The second cake was delicious

The young men working July 3 at about 12:15 pm were excellent. Our big order was promptly filled with yummy stuff from ice cream to sandwiches. Compliments to those young men.

I was literally dropping my friend off at the Sam window tint and we were gonna get ice cream after but this lady told me I couldn't park there because it was private property. Like I didn't know waiting for my friend and getting ice cream was a bad thing ? It was a Chinese person that told me this. I said sorry cu I didn't know what I did wrong... Thanks lady!

My son took me out for ice cream. I was a little bit turned off by this specific DQ because of the location. Just not a huge fan of east Colfax.
(Or west) but it was the closest DQ to us. Well we ordered food before our treats and I have to say that I was absolutely surprised. Let me tell you why, The food was prepared CRAZY FAST
I didn’t think it had ANY chance of even being “okay”. I thought for a second “we probably just wasted $ on this”…. But wow… It was pretty good. My son ordered the chicken sandwich, and I ordered the honey BBQ chicken basket. I honestly have no idea why it comes with toast..? Lol but I’d definitely recommend the caramel cheesecake blizzard 😋
I’m pretty satisfied with the whole experience there..

I would have gave a 0 if it was an option!! I was charged $15.11 for a 6 pk of Dilly Bars. So dishonest. I got Dilly Bars and a small butterscotch dipped cone. He said they didn't have the butterscotch. So I said nevermind. The guy put the itemized receipt in the drawer and gave me a copy not showing exactly what I purchased. I buy these all the time $9.79. he looked me right in my face and lied! I would have given him $5.00 if he asked instead of being dishonest. I'm not going here again. And I see in the comments over pricing.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 blizzards, the lady taking orders was rude, then at the window she didn't turn either one upside down like they are supposed to our you get one for free. She acted like she never heard about that that policy. Refused to get me a coupon for a free one. People were soo rude. Never going back to this site again.
