A really great place to get ice cream with the family. They also have some other desserts too in their dessert case. And they make fresh churros. They also have lots of flavors and non-dairy ice cream as well. There are many tables to sit.

Ice cream was good, BUT customer service sucked. The girl who served us was shy but helpful. The other one just stood there, not sure if she was on break or what but it was awkward, just standing playing on the phone while there were 11 customers. Then they turn on music, assuming from their phone with lots of profanity. There were several kids at the place. If this place goes out of business, it’s not because of ice cream.

Awesome service, friendly atmosphere, great ice cream with plenty of choices. They even have non dairy selections. Thanks to our server for naming a banana boat after my momms.

The best ice cream ever! And then we asked about churros and she made some for us to try! They are amazing! This is a must try ice cream shop they delivers the deliciousness!

Our family loves some Cookies N Creme Ice Cream shop. Whether it be for a bit some day, cool winter day or play time for school Christmas decorating party. They have it all for all year long and joys and smiles to kids and adults alike. What a great place to come to for it all!!! Thanks for being opened all year long as well.

Expensive. Many of the ice cream containers they were scooping ice cream out of contained freezer burned ice cream, with a layer of ice on top. Not good, not appealing, not fresh. Visit was just OK. Too expensive. Wasn't impressed.

This place has THE BEST ice cream! My Fiance and I just moved to the area and this is now our ice cream shop. We go at least once a week. Just recently met the owner who is amazing! has the best customer service and she offered us their churros that were AMAZING! so now not only do we love their ice cream but their churros are amazing and they are made from scratch EVERY DAY! if you haven't gone here please go! support your local shops!

Best ice cream on the North side of Charlotte. Hershey's flavors and delicious. The staff is also fantastic.

COVID Non-Compliant. In the last 10 weeks I’ve stopped by 5 times and no staff are wearing masks. The first time, the tables were crowded at night and no patrons had masks either. I left without bothering to walk in. This was right before NC Covid cases blew up and the State tightened restrictions again. Since then, I keep stopping by and finding the staff maskless. Last week one of three at least had a mask dangling from her ear so I walked in. She secured her mask as I approached so I ordered a quart. Then I noticed the other 2 staff leaning over a machine, NO MASKS, standing with shoulders touching. <br/><br/>I walked outside to read the COVID notice again to be sure I had it straight- they were violating their own rules as well as State regulations. Yes, they were. I walked back in and cancelled the quart because they weren’t wearing masks. Remember, they’re leaning over open quarts of ice cream all day long. <br/><br/>One of the 2 belligerently claimed she had a medical condition: asthma. If she really does, that is exactly why she SHOULD wear a mask but I didn’t bother explaining that because 9 out of 10 people claiming medical condition exceptions are doing so as an excuse since they figure they won’t be challenged. Her attitude made it clear she was less concerned about customer health and more interested in being right. I left without buying. <br/><br/>Yesterday I stopped in but both visible servers were again without masks so I left. <br/><br/>They have my favorite ice cream there so I wish they would comply with Health regulations so I can start doing business with them again. A restaurant close to them was also defying mask regulations. One of their staff got COVID and now THAT restaurant is closed for 2 weeks. If we don’t observe Safe practices, the economy CAN’T recover.

Real ice cream and very good. Past complaints about not enough help must have been heard by the owners because there has never been fewer than three people working whenever we have stopped in over the past year or so.

Too little help. Great ice cream, never, never enough help. Always one solitary girl scooping ice cream with 20 people in line. Come on owners, thats not safe or good for prompt service.

Real ice cream!. I have been here several times with my kids when in the Denver area. I like that they serve actual ice cream. The frozen yogurt stuff that seems to have taken over the world is fine, too, but nothing compares to ice cream when you want a truly satisfying and comforting treat. We have never had to wait to be served, so I'm not sure what experience the other reviewer had. The checker tables are fun, too. I mean, you can play checkers whenever/wherever you want, I suppose - but unless a set is actually in front of you, you usually don't think to.

Kid's Cones. I have been stopping for months to buy a kid's cone of ice cream because it is a better size for my needs. I am 72 years old and can afford your other sizes, but one scoop is what I want and need. I stopped today, ordered my kid's cone, had my $1.33 ready and was told it was $2.14, and that the rule is kid's cones for only 4 years and younger. I do not understand your rule, don't really care why it was enacted, but I will get my ice cream somewhere else, or do without. You have taken away a small joy for me. Too bad!

In response to the previous post. My wife and I are the owner/management at cookies n creme. We hate you had a bad experience at our store. We are very dedicated to customer service and pay close attention to make sure no one has to wait for service. Although your post sounds like a plug for the yogurt store. Establishment Review. I have visited this ice cream shop a few times, the girls that work there are very nice. The owners apparently have no idea about customer service. I have found myself many times standing in line waiting to be served while the management of this establishment seem to care less about waiting on me. I hope that others that find themselves being treated in such an un-orthodox manner will speak up or go down the street to cherry berry which is fat free, better for you, and is always friendly..
