Waiting 30 minutes and counting for my Philly sub. How does that happen when I’m one of two people in the shop. Watched the grill person move at the pace of a sloth, and prioritize what appeared to be a bunch of Togo orders, to which- they weren’t even in the shop waiting. But I was. The entire time. I walked out. Hire competent people. Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot.

Ordered a number 13 today and may I say golly it was pretty good thanks to lys my cashier for making my 1st time coming to Jersey Mike's an experience to remember going to call you the sandwich lady for now on. Keep up the good work your doing great 😁👍🏼.

I have been going here for a while and let’s just say my last experience was not Pleasant at all. it was not the Jersey Mike’s experience I am used to. First one sandwich that was made was the completely wrong sandwich. The second sandwich was an 13 and the 13 was missing two meats there was no salami or pepperoni . Very disappointed. Something similar happened to me at the other location I go to and disappointed to see it’s happening here too because this location is usually super good. Also the guy making my sandwich had an attitude like he didn’t want be there , which made me more upset when I got home because of my sand wich being wrong for my daughter and then my sandwich was missing meats. My daughter couldn’t even eat the sandwich because there was roast beef put on there which she is allergic to.

The food was delicious. However don't order the meatball sub if you are trying to make a positive impression on your dining partner. It was one of the best meatball subs I've ever had. It was also the messiest one.

I live behind this place and have been a semi regular customer since the grand opening. The staff here is always very friendly and they always do a consistently good job. The place is always noticeably clean. I have never had a bad sandwich from this little shop and will continue to come back. Great job 👍🏼

It was my first time buying in this restaurant, I ordered a pastrami sandwich, let me tell you it was the BEST sandwich I have ever eaten! I will be back for more.

Really great sandwiches and I think that they are way better than Jimmy John's. They are friendly and fast and I recommend getting it Mike's way and it is super good. They use really fresh ingredients and u can really tell

I asked for lettuce, tomato, & jalapeños to be added to my sandwich.. I literally watched him tell the girl with purple hair to add those 3 things to my meatball sub & she just blatantly didn’t do it & of course I didn’t know until I got to my location
