JUST HORRIBLE. Ordered crunchy tacos and got all the way home to find out they were all SOFT. Got some cinnamon twist and found a burnt potato at the bottom of the set on top of only having 1 twist filled with cinnamon. This store is not very busy to be this F’d up

I came in around 8:30 on Thursday 6-30-22. Whoever made my food legit deserves a raise, it was some of the best prepared taco bell I have ever had. I would come back to this location anytime, thank you whoever you are for putting the effort into making my food good

I have been to the location in Denver CO on Colfax 2 times and each experience was the same, HORRIBLE service.
The employees are not friendly but actually rude. They are not helpful, and don't care about service. Maybe this is b/c I am a white male and they are racist. I don’t know but there is definitely something going on with every employee. It is all of them, not just one.
I had to wait 25 minutes to get my food I ordered in store and there was no one else in the store or the drive through.
I had to ask were my food was and finally it was made (except the missing hard taco) put in a bag and tossed on the counter. The employee turned around and went back to the back. All this done without an apology for the delay, greeting or saying thank you goodbye.

Instead of commenting from now on I am going to order my food and take a picture of my order and receipt and see if the public agrees with my rating! No tomatoes but they charged me 5 dollars more for this garbage . P.S. bring your own beverage because 4 of the 6 drink choices are out and they won't fix the issue. Why offer the flatbread tacos , which was my original order, when they never have them when they're ordered !

Staff here are ridiculous. Just stopped by to order and they could hear me completely fine til I tried to place my order. They asked me to repeat the order (no joke) 10 times. I could literally hear them laughing and saying “ask again” and then saying “repeat your order please” and laughing. 3 different girls spoke on the drive through monitor all laughing and asking to repeat the order. They could hear me completely fine when I asked if the got the order or needed me to drive up but couldn’t hear when I actually ordered the burrito name. Sad that such immature people are working in places like this. After more than 5 minutes I just had to leave with them laughing still.

ordered fiesta potatoes, cheesy gordita crunch, and a beefy 5 layer burrito for delivery. I received 3 ice cold soft tacos. I don’t understand how you don’t check the delivery bag before sending it out. waste of time and money. train your staff better.

All vegetarian items came out with meat. Chipotle dipping sauce, the one substitution requested for our nacho fries, came out as cheese. The one drink we ordered was forgotten. There were no forks included in our order, as well as no forks by the condiments; when we asked the manager for utensils, he searched fruitlessly for a couple of minutes until I pointed to the box in front of my face.
Never coming back. Outstandingly bad.

It’s almost if everyone employee is drunk. They never have anything they never want to serve you or they are laughing having a party inside. Like who is the manager here? Do you realize what your employees are doing or NOT doing? How does this establishment even stay open?
