We had a wonderful experience with Brothers BBQ who catered our employee picnic. The food was incredible and delicious. Importantly, Christina ensured our customer experience was flawless. Christina really cares about doing a great job and was incredibly attentive and positive. Shout out to Keren and Taylor in the catering department who were amazing as well. We would definitely use Brothers BBQ again for catering.
Earlier this month we used Brothers BBQ to cater an off-site office event at a park in Denver. Keren, Johnny, and the rest of the team were delightful to work with; punctual, friendly, helpful, and the food was great! Brothers provided everything including ingredient labels, serving spoons, cutlery, napkins, etc. We had everything that we needed and the team was great. I'll highly recommend Brothers for any catering needs. There's a wide variety of main courses and sides. The BBQ tofu, and mac and cheese were both a hit! Thank you.
We had a company lunch and Brothers did a fantastic job catering. They were very communicative during the process and the day of, they came out and set up all the food with labels and were very helpful. We did however run out of mashed potatoes pretty quickly, so I would suggest asking for a larger portion if you plan on getting them.
So I have never had a company respond so professionally to an issue as these guys. We have used Brothers BBQ for years for our employee functions, and this past week there was a significant misunderstanding/mistake on their end. When I broached their management team with my issue they immediately took care of it and apologized for the mistake. As a fellow small business owner, with several thousand customers, I know how difficult it is to keep everyone happy. It is inevitable that mistakes happen, but I believe the quality of a company and its management is judged on how they handle their mistakes. I give Brothers BBQ an A+ for how they handled our situation. I look forward to enjoying their incredible ribs at a function in the near future.
Had a celebration of life for our grandma last weekend catered by brothers and it was amazing service thank you! Pretty sure our caterer was named Dave and he was awesome!
I highly recommend Brothers BBQ catering. They have catering down to a science. Everything from the ordering, food quality, delivery and set up was done with precision and care. They have all of the details covered from disposable chafing dishes to bringing to go boxes for leftovers.
We use Brothers to cater our office lunches on a regular basis and they are the best. The Q is really good, but their setup is what sets them apart. They show up and set everything up, including labels for all their food and an allergy card. Everything is very professional and their people are great. Honestly, wish all our vendors were this good. We give them nothing but 5 stars every time they're here.
We catered a party for 16 could not have been happier! Our order was pork, brisket, chicken and ribs. Keren and Taylor were so helpful. Keren answered the phone and took my order even though she was on her way out. Everything arrived on time, hot and ready to serve. The food was delicious and even the pickiest eaters enjoyed it all. Brothers will be our go to catering company always!
Used Brothers again for a celebration of life for 100 people. As always they were amazing even as I called three times to change my order! BEST Catering there is!!
I ordered Brothers BBQ catering for a 100 person Volunteer Appreciation Dinner and the food and service was exceptional. I highly recommend utilizing the extra service of set up, buffet service, and tear down. Out caterers Dave and Kat were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely book Brothers BBQ for another event in the future.
I did Brothers BBQ catering for my daughters graduation because I didn't feel like standing in front of a grill the whole time people were here. The food showed up at exactly the time they said it would and the gentleman set everything up for us. There were lots of compliments on how good the food was. This is the second time I've used them for catering and was very happy with the everything. I did the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and ribs, with beans, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese, and five different sauces. Everything tasted fantastic, and yes I had a little of everything. My thanks to the Chef(s) they did a great job.
