It's always been a pleasurable experience even walking into this place. If not for the free smells, grab a dirty chai or a vegan chocolate chip cookie - they even have scones! Though not always vegan these treats always look wonderfully delicious!
Stop on by for a fun coffee design as well. Whenever I go it's always different (see attached pics) - how fun!

Best coffee bartenders ever!! This place is on the corner and beautifully situated with a view of Baker’s strip of lined restaurants boutiques coffee shops and restaurants! Bonus tip: Sit at the windowsill and you could people watch forever!

Metropolis left a wonderful first impression. The baristas seemed eager to serve, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to chat. My mocha tasted exquisite. And I loved everything in the shop, from the abundant natural light to the plants to the fun wall mural. So, I simply had to return to this fun locally owned, Denver coffee shop.

Perfect espresso and a small selection of donuts in a sunlit setting. Also free WiFi of course, but lots of people seem to come to hangout and spend time together. Baker (the neighborhood) is cute and one of the less crowded, up and coming areas of Denver.

We stopped by this place after eating at a restaurant nearby and were pleasantly surprised at not only the quality but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. If we are in the area again we will definitely try and stop to get coffee here. I had a lovely time looking at the unique interior aesthetics they had going on.
