We knew from the moment we tried waffles from Wafflerita at Pearl Street farmers market this summer, that we absolutely needed their yummy food for our late night snack at our wedding in Idaho Springs! Graham was so sweet and stayed late because everyone couldn’t get enough of the whole experience.
