My husband and I have ate here before the new management and it wasn’t the best! Today we decided to give it another shot since it’s under new management and we were very impressed and pleased! The pho was delicious!!! The broth was perfect! The pork spring rolls were amazing along with the dumplings. The new manager is very nice, his service was great! We’ll definitely be back!

Happened to be in the area while my mother was visiting. We stopped after a day of shopping and couldn’t have made a better decision! We had the lunch special to include: spring rolls, beef vermicelli bowl & orange chicken! The vermicelli bowl was fresh and balanced. Orange chicken was the best I’ve had-crispy! Service was great, friendly and attentive!

The beef vermicelli bowl is one of the best I’ve had! The beef is phenomenal and the marinade was just flawless. Atmosphere is lovely and the cleanliness is on another level. all the staff were so kind. Will definitely be coming back.

I stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon, they had just opened under new management this previous Friday. I got the medium rare steak pho and it was really excellent! The broth was really tasty, the beef was tender. I wish they had a small bowl and/or spicy broth (both are my preference) but they provide plenty of chili paste so it wasn't a problem and I was very happy with my meal. It was really quiet inside, they need some music or something (it may just be because it was a Sunday afternoon and not during peak dining hours) but the space is nice. The man who greeted and served me was very nice and I enjoyed speaking to him briefly (I think it's the new owner's brother.) I recommend this for sure.

Was here for the first time and I am very happy with the choice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had the grilled pork spring rolls that where tasty and the lunch pho special with brisket and rare stake, it hit the spot on this cold day. Will be back to try more for sure

It's the best noodle bowl iv had in a long time. The crispy spring roll in them are my favorite. The portions are always amazing and the meat is good quality. The staff is always super nice.

My dad had stopped by this place recently and loved the rice combo plate so he took my mom and I today and we agree- the food and Thai iced tea is delicious! It’s under new management as of 3 weeks ago and the service and atmosphere were great. It’s calm and the attention was very good. Would definitely recommend for a good meal at fair price!

Amazing food!
In the area and got a combo noodle bowl and crab cheese wontons to pickup. Wonderful first impression, warm atmosphere, and the new owner was very sweet. Process was simple and efficient (ready in 10min!), food was packed in compostable boxes (love to see it!), and based on how I absolutely devoured my meal I would say I have zero complaints.
Will be coming back!

The grilled spring rolls were delicious!! 🤤 The pho was equally amazing! I had the brisket & steak 🤌 so tender. The broth was super flavorful. The new owners are so sweet & very nice ♥️ ♥️ ♥️❗️

Recently under new family owned ownership. Went at lunch and John and his wife are very attentive and gracious hosts. Had the L2 lunch special & Vietnamese egg rolls. Both were priced appropriately for the amount prepared and both were very delicious!!! Service was attentive and timely. Will be back again with the family for dinner. Thank you John!

What a great experience! They have a new owner and the food is delicious. Its only $8.99 for a lunch special so I got pho, my dad got orange chicken, my mom got a rice dish and egg drop soup and we got wontons and Vietnamese coffee! Everything was DELICIOUS!!! It’s a pretty place and amazing service too

AMAZING new ownership. I really thought they just rebranded, but it’s new owners. AMAZING food, and service, very sweet guy running the place. From the pho, to combination plates to appetizers…SO GOOD. They even have a lunch special, like $8.00 something for a good amount. So glad they took over!

We were visiting family in Denver the last week of July and Pho 8 had been a previous and delightful pleasure in a previous visit.
While the restaurant is now under new ownership, the new owner and our hostess was warm and friendly and insured that our lunch visit was absolutely amazing.
The kids enjoyed their Pho and Bobas and we enjoyed the stir fry. The quality of the food was exceptional. We look forward to a return in the future.

I have never liked pho until dining at this resteraunt! Best menu ever I don’t think I have yet to be disappointed at all I usually come with my family ever so often (few time a month lol) and will always go out of my way to dine here! The boba is also amazing:)

Hidden Gem Alert! This family owned restaurant is our whole family’s favorite place to go. Every dish is made homemade, authentic and delicious every single time. Always so kind and welcoming, we are the complicated ones ordering special dishes and they always nail it. Best Pho in CO.. oh yeah myself and daughter are not typically not pho fans, well we have been converted. I almost forgot to mention the boba’s are extra tasty then all the other ones I’ve had.
