I’m going to leave 5 stars because I actually really do like this location, it‘s honestly my favorite one. BUT when I went in tonight (05/03/2023) whoever was working the register (blonde braided hair, glasses, name on tag started with a D but was too long to read) was insanely rude. I would fire any of my employees on the spot for treating my customers like that, much less without any reason

Was impressed by the new plant burger. It doesnt have a lot of taste but it Carrie's the grill flavor through with the cheese I got. I would have guessed I was eating a hamburger if I wasnt there for the order.

Super friendly, thought I was going to have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for switch over to lunch. Even though it was very busy I had my food within 2 minutes. For what it's worth I did not see if she had washed her hands before making my milkshake. Milkshake was good

I am pleased I got the correct thing when I asked for extra tomatoes. Who did the sandwiches was awesome and they gave my daughter and I 3 on each sandwich. Major thanks.

Went thru the drive through last Saturday October 9, 2021 around noon on the way back from running my roommate on some errands. First time I'd been to this BK. They were not busy at that time so I pulled right up to place my order. The friendly professional female employee greeted me through the speaker, answered my questions patiently, confirmed my order asked me to pull forward just as the vehicle in front of me drove away. The friendly professional male employee took my payment, asked if I needed ketchup when he gave me my change and then handed my meals and drinks over and I drove away all in about five minutes from start to finish! Got home 10 minutes later, food as I had ordered was still hot and delicious!

Great service. Fast at the order menu board. Handed me my milkshake within 1 minute of pulling up to the delivery window and my food within 3 minutes. Very polite. Very good food.
