This was my large onion ring, a medium onion ring, and was charged an extra $0.60 for extra lettuce and tomato and what I got. Disappointing.

Came to the drive-thru 20 minutes before closing. I waited 5 minutes, no one took my order, I pulled up to the window. A girl came up to the window, locked it pretending not to see me there. I honked my horn and still no one came. This is the second time something like this has happened!!

I came to this Burger King location with my mother. She did not want to come to this location because she said they had bad customer service. I told her let’s just go I do not want to drive. When we came to this location they did not want to honor my moms senior discount. When we got home we found our hamburger bitten and super cold. I called the location and the manager kept hanging up on me not wanting to hear my compliant. Then I drove and I went in person and showed her the hamburger and she said they just took a piece out but it was not bitten. She did not want to give me her name and was super rude. I will be calling corporate.

It’s was amazing not only was the staff respectful but they made sure I had everything before I even left the store . The manager made sure my food was made with expectations and added a side of fries for waiting . I don’t know about you but I will come back to this location for sure . There was an incident where I did find a nail but I didn’t mind. (Delicious Food)

Manager, Anasendi is her name in location didn't want to honor coupon .
She made whole deal about $11 order and free whopper like we came as homeless asking for free food.
She said she needed code and we gave it to her (Tmobile) but she didn't wanna accept it .
We already paid on mobile app and no way of canceling order but now, she stood her ground. No win, she told us to call and cancel order. Try doing that please nowadays
