Very happy with my experience. I received my order exactly the way I ordered it! My pizzas were hot and fresh, delivered within 30 minutes of the time I placed my order online.
The delivery driver was a very nice lady and very thoughtful to bring plates and napkins because I was staying at a hotel.
I will definitely order from this store again during my stay here!
Edit: I’ve ordered twince since and was very happy with the timing as well as fresh, hot pizza. However, both times I ordered pan crust and received original crust.
Other than that, the pizza is great and customer service and delivery is great.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Let’s just say if you expect to have pizza for lunch/dinner from this place you’ll never receive it. You’ll be told endless excuses as to why it takes upwards of 3-4 hours to receive a basic pizza and in the end it’ll never arrive. Trust me, save yourself the stress and order from some other pizza joint

The last time I ordered a pizza from here it took an hour and 45 minutes to get to my house you would think I would have learned then but no. I didn't have anything for dinner tonight and pizza sounded good so I figured it'd be safe to order again. I got an ETA of 1 hour and said that was fine, a little over an hour after I got a call saying they were running behind and my pizza would be here in 45 minutes, that was kind of late for me since I work at 6am but figured since I already paid for it I might as well wait so I said ok after another hour and 20 minutes went by I called again and they hadn't even sent my pizza out yet. So I ordered the pizza at 810, here it is 1038 and I had to finally cancel my pizza because I need to go to bed, too late to go to the store to buy something for dinner (I didn't want to leave earlier since I was waiting on a pizza). So thanks pizza hut for being the reason I get to go to bed without dinner, will never order from here again

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered through!!! If you want Pizza Hut order from a different store and pick it up, you'll save yourself a headache. Slow delivery, out of different menu options but so inept they can't get it updated online and they don't try to even offer anything to make it better. I'm stuck relying on their delivery when at work, but when trying to do my job I get calls from them with excuses as to why they can't get my order correct. Tonight was the 3rd time in a row I've had crap service. And I think the last time I'm ever ordering from this horrible store. Other delivery might be more expensive but that's well worth the difference in quality.

I ordered 3 boxes of the garlic knots off of the $5 menu. It is clearly posted on the website that the order comes with 10, so I should have received 30 total. I only received 22. Having been a large order I made for my coworkers and I, I assumed it was just a mistake. I called to address the issue. The person I spoke with told me the orders only include 8 (which still doesn't add up correctly) and offered me no help. I was then handed over to the Shift Manager, Alejandro, who also offered me no help. He did give me two different phone numbers, one of which he claimed to be corporate. Both were fake and offered me no help. I eventually found the corporate number myself. FINALLY, some help. The lady I spoke with confirmed that I was correct about the amount and offered me some coupons. She was kind and helpful, so I tried not to take too much of her time. I am grateful for what she offered me, but I am still VERY UPSET about how I was treated by the store employees. What they did is a bait and switch and is very illegal.

I ordered a pizza at 8:09pm.. over THREE HOURS ago.
I called 90 minutes into this ordeal, and was told it was in a car and on the way.
I complained at the corporate web site, who to their credit called quickly, and said they would make sure a pizza would be sent and that it would be free.
They said the store told them, get this, that they tried to deliver and we weren't home. Which is interesting, because I've been sitting 10 feet from the front door with a clear view of the front walk basically the whole time. Oh, and also, no phone calls from any driver.
Another 90 minutes later, of course, there is no pizza.
Whoever the manager is of this store should be liars. This is gross incompetence. They are liars, trying to blame the customer for their own screw-ups.
So after 3 hours, I gave up and ordered from Papa Johns.
