I have recently been to this 7-11, and must say the employees were courteous, professional, and helpful. This being my go-to 7-11 I am very pleased with the customer service experience I received at this establishment.

Soooo I used to stop at this 7-11 a lot and I had to stop because I just couldn't anymore. They were always out of stock with everything, rude and acted like they just didn't care. Well the other day I decided to stop by again and all I can say is wow! I think they are under new management because the store is spotless! I mean the floors are shining. They are always stocked and everything is in its place. I noticed the old employees arent there anymore. Whomever decided to make this move deserves a huge pat on the back. This is now my 7-11 store again. It's the best kept secret in Denver and I hope it continues to stay this well organized!

My husband and I are in almost everday because we live right down the road and I have truly never had a bad experience at this store. It is your friendly neighborhood corner store type of feel. They are always stocked with great selection, it’s always clean and the staff is so nice and greet us by name each time. It is so refreshing to have a good experience every single time you’re at the local corner store. Thank you to all the staff that care enough to make oa of this possible! We appreciate you so much.

There have been some staffing additions and changes it seems, and the morale has improved, from what I've observed. The tall African American dude is always super easy to interact with and the overnight guy is never in a bad mood, those two have really changed my experience for the better.
