I had tacos and found this place An underrated dream. All the homemade salsas made it a 5 🤤 Everyone of them was a flavor journey for my mouth. Yummy
Great steak tacos. I always get three steak tacos with cheese and Salsa. It’s always delicious and it’s a good price.
All the Salsas from here were amazing. Ordered a Huarache and it was superb. They're cooking up something amazing in here, hope to come back ASAP.
For a silly Asian who know nothing about Spanish, they are very helpful in helping you order. Food is extremely delicious and very relaxing environment ❤️❤️❤️

I go here specifically for the salsa bar. Usually 6 types of salsa, red and green, some mild and slightly sweet but mostly nice and spicy. When I took my wife there, the lady at the cash register, the owner's daughter, had mom make up a special mango salsa to show off. Also on the bar are onions, big green peppers, limes and cilantro. Best carnitas in town. Yes, that means a little bit chewy on parts, perhaps what some posters have called "burnt". It is a total hole-in-the-wall place, but I think of it as "muy authentico". I'm usually the only gringo is sight, but they keep pretty busy.
Blink and you'll miss it - it's behind the Payless Shoe Source at the northwest corner of Federal and Evans. Best carnitas in Denver, hands down. They also sell it in bulk at VERY good prices (read: prepared carnitas for less than you could buy raw pork shoulder at Whole Foods). They have a huge menu, but I just can't get past the carnitas plate. Great selection of salsas for your pork, too. I just can't recommend this place highly enough!
Great menu and tortas are my fav. Big in size, great taste and reasonable in price. Good variety, great staff and clean place. Can get stuff to-do and by pound.
