In the middle of an icy cold snowy day, what more could warm the heart up than a delicious bowl of ramen!
We found this place to warm ourselves up for lunch and discovered a simple and delicious ramen place in the heart of Denver.
Hidden away amongst a handful of shops, this place was simple and small but not overwhelmingly busy. Their menu is large and covers both poke and ramen; even letting you build your own poke bowl with an enormous amount of options.
We got the chicken ramen and the ton katsu ramen, both absolutely delicious. This bowl is large for the low price and worth every sip. The service is fast at turning around the food too.
If you are in need of some delicious ramen that really hits the spot check this place out!

Absolutely fantastic. Ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was absolutely perfect. Warm and soft, and very easy to eat with sore teeth.
Absolutely will be one of my future comfort foods, and will order it again soon.

First timer since my regular Ramen spot is closed. Signage was hard to find especially for Colfax and was completely empty when I arrived but the number of East High students that started coming in made me feel a little better. The food was pretty good, I took their recommendation but should've built my own bowl since it wasn't spicy enough for me. I would definitely try them again.

I recently ordered delivery for some Tonkotsu Ramen and had to enjoy it in my cubicle surrounded by my respectfully quiet co-workers. This is possibly the worst idea ever. I became a loud breather and eater which is new for me, but refused to sacrifice the experience of eating good Ramen for the sake of my co-worker's peace. I'll provide a written apology to my team, but at least I didn't microwave fish like someone I know...
Delicious broth. Pork was well cooked. Delivery was packaged with broth and ingredients separate which is ingenious. Eggs were soft boiled which just elevated the creaminess of the Tonkotsu.

Excellent flavors but I was disappointed in the lack of noodles in my Beef Sukiyaki Ramen. Maybe up the noodle portion a bit? This is a small place and their kitchen can only make so many orders at once, expect long wait times during busy hours. With the pandemic going on, delivery drivers saturate the lobby waiting for orders and is a bit weird when you eat inside but that's business in the city. It wasn't too awkward, I was too busy enjoying my delicious Ramen. You can tell this place is popular just by the patience people have to place their order. Stop on by, this place is worth the wait. But please, give me more noodles next time. ✌🏼

This place is delicious! It's a great place to get some quick food. They have vegan and vegetarian options for the ramen that are really scrumptious! Great service as well! If your looks for something tasty and quick, I would give this place a shot!

Came in on a Saturday during lunch time and was happy to sit down right away. We got a poke bowl and beef ramen. Flavors were good. Wish there was a bit more meat and noodle portions in the ramen. Otherwise excellent.

Loved this place! I got the spicy miso ramen and it was absolutely fantastic! I also tried my friends spicy shrimp ramen, and spicy vegetarian and both were also great (the spicy miso was definitely the richest broth and I would chose the spicy shrimp for a lighter meal). Overall 10/10 will be coming back 😊

The BEST Tonkotsu Ramen I’ve had. The steamed dumplings and chicken teriyaki bowl were awesome too.

Amazing poké bowls and ramen in a very walkable location. The staff here is always super friendly and the food comes out lightning fast. You can make your own custom meal or order from one of the pre-made poké bowls or ramen options. I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the neighborhood!

Priced like many other Ramen place. 2 kinds of Vegan Ramen. There are plenty of meat based too, Chicken, Pork, Beef and Duck! Limited street parking off Colfax. Um new fav place. Also the take out is great! Pick it up in like 10mins.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We changed our order from eat-in to take-out and they were very nice about it. The ingredients were super fresh. I was so excited that they had vegan ramen and even happier when it tasted fabulous. We will return again and again!

Really enjoy the food and service here. I've tried the ramen, poke bowls, and the pork tonkatsu curry. All have been really tasty. And the Colfax location of Asuka is still doing good takeout service during the quarantine. If you're in the area, definitely give it a chance.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Asuka! We had a vegetarian mushroom ramen bowl, shrimp tempura rice bowl, and some gyoza to start! The dipping sauce for the gyoza was excellent. I appreciated the light, full feeling I had after finishing my dish. Enjoy some tasty food here!! Highly recommend.

Great portions and tasty food. Their thai tea is amazing. I only had their poke bowls. I haven't tried the ramen there yet. Overall,I love ordering from here. I ordered a custom poke bowl and duck wings.
