Feels like this is the only decent option in Terminal C, but it's not the same as going to a McDonald's out of an airport. It's an airport location so there is no atmosphere. Great people watching spot though. Food is standard McDonald's which many people love. Way too expensive but it's at the airport so everything is too expensive.
For the number of people in line, they were fast at serving. Even with the speed at which they were serving, the food came out as expected.
