Friendly staff!!! I was greeted as soon as I entered. Service was quick and the food was fine. Hot and fresh. KFC needs to work on the quality control and saying that the food hit the spot.
I’ve been to KFCs in the past and they didn’t have chicken. I would go back to this location if nothing more than the staff was great.

The young man at the window was confident when he took my order, and even though they had a rather long wait on what I wanted...(filets) he assured me that he would be happy to get me the strips instead. Unfortunately they were unable to get me the 9 piece strip bc only 6 were ready lol. So he quickly made a substitution, and offered a solution. Even though it wasn't exactly what I wanted, i was impressed by this young man as well as the food. Great job all around😁!!!!

Came here when another location was closed in the middle of the day. The lobby was clean, bright and inviting. The drink station needed attention but they had sweet lightning mtn dew so its good. The employees were happy to be there and polite and professional. Great service. The food was fresh and tasty. So good. The kitchen was very clean too, not what I'm used too when I go into a kfc. I'll come back in the future.

Came here last night and didn't realize the time when I ordered. They were less than 5 mins from closing and stuck around for at least 15 mins longer than they needed to to make my food. Highly impressed because no one likes that douche rolling in at the less second asking for stuff when you're getting ready to close. I wouldn't have been mad if they said no, especially since they had to take extra time to prepare it, but I was impressed that they went above and beyond to do it anyway. Also, my food was really good 👍

All around good experience. This location is pretty new and new places sometimes need time to get their bearings. My experience today was great! Lady at the register was knowledgeable about what comes in the food, manager was very professional as well and was treating her employees very well from what I heard in the back of the restaurant, she was even ordering them pizza. My food was fresh and good. Place was also very clean! Good job Green Valley Ranch KFC!

Good chicken and friendly staff I go through the drive thru the only slow experience I've had was when they were still cooking the fries it took about 5 minutes but there were fresh and delicious good spot for a quick dinner

We absolutely love the KFC on Tower road and 48th. It is the only KFC that we go to. The food is always good, hot, and the order is correct. we go there once a week, every week. We really like Maria (the manager) and all of their employees. Very nice. Don and Michelle
