It's McDonald's not much else to it. However McDonald's use to be a I'm broke until Friday kinda fastfood but nowadays their prices match several other places so all things considered I would rather pay the same at Chick-fil-A for higher quality everything.
But that's just my opinion, price is my only issue with McDonald's

I've been coming here for years and though I don't much care for me Donalds this place is usually always on point. There open 24/7, have excellent staff and have never gotten my order wrong. There for us always hot and never is or stale. The lounge can be a bit off putting but it usually goes fast

These fools cannot do math. 2 for 2.00 promotion on 4 piece nuggets. Ordered 4 (4) piece nuggets but received only 2 packs for a total of 8 nuggets. Argued with me and told me I am in the wrong. Nope! You are wrong! Do you sell nuggets in increments of 2? No, you don't!

Dear McDonald's: Horrible, HORRIBLE experience in customer service. I'm sitting at home and think, "Maybe I'll check out McD's deals and run down there." I go into my phone app and find McNugget's 10 piece BOGO. I go out, get in my car and drive all the way down there. I go to the drive thru and tell the woman that I have a mobile order. She said, "I've got it. Just a moment." I wanted to order a Diet Dr Pepper, also. I replied with the order number. She said again, "Just a moment." And, nothing. No drive thru to get your food. Just no more communication from her. Just a moment means just a moment; right? I wait. And wait. I waited for 5-10 min while she took other orders and other cars drove through for their food and I still waited. Finally after she had taken the orders for 3 other cars I backed up and drove up to the window again and she asked if she could take my order. "I have a mobile order." "Oh, you didn't get your food." H*ll no I didn't get my food! I was waiting for her to get past the "just a moment." A man came out and asked if he could help. He said, "Sorry, go ahead and drive through." I told him to just cancel my order! I was obviously under that (mistaken) assumption that using a mobile order taking process was supposed to save me time?!?!? "Just a minute???" The episode cost me 30 min of MY time wasted and "I'm sorry." Seriously??? That has to be one of the crappiest customer experiences I've ever had!!! And, to boot, McDonald's charged my debit card with an order I NEVER got!!! Then, it cost me more time because I had to call and speak to the manager to tell him that the order was cancelled and to put the money back on my card!!!
