Slightly sticky table, but that is the only thing that was wrong. The food is great!! and my waiter was superb. I recommend the chicken and waffles or bison burger.
I had my wedding after party here just last night. My wife, our friends, and I had such a great time. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate with a toast, they gave us our own little section of tables for free, and the DJ played us our own song to dance to for our first dance. They played great music, had dance lessons, and the band playing that night was awesome. I would definitely recommend anybody else go here for a fun night out. I know I will become an avid customer.
Since the people that reviewed before me aren't true considering they haven't opened the yet... I have been to two locations that they have in Florida. I always had an amazing time and awesome food. I personally loved the spinach dip and Great drink specials. I definitely suggest checking it out and see for yourself.
Great music, food and drink selections. Got children? Come try the Family Night where kids 12 and under eat free with purchase of adult entree and free kids line dance lessons from 7-9:30. Like Chinese and good southern eating? Then the Cowboy egg rolls are a must try. Combine or replace with Cowboys Nachos for a good share plate and Nationally famous Cowboys Cassic is an amazingly thick and juicy burger. Kids plates are huge and cheap if come on a night other than Tuesday so well worth the $7. Down all this with the Salty Cowboy (An infused Vodka mix served in a mason jar) or the Spicy Cowboys Margarita and you're in for the night of your life. You'll never want to eat anywhere else. Come see for yourself. With a "No Cover" night life you can stick around and enjoy the great "On Tap" beer selections also if you are not wishing to continue trying the various Mixes they are famous for. A great night, great environment and friendly and enjoyable staff.
Food is so good, love that they have kids night on Tuesdays. Was a little disappointed that my spicy Margarita wasn't spicy and they forgot bacon on my bacon chicken sandwich I ordered, besides that we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Hopefully it will be they dont forget stuff on our order next time because we really enjoyed coming here and would like to come back again.

Had a small billing error from there opening night on Friday, on our return visit Saturday explained the issue to OJ and Dustin they took care of it with no question. Dawn and Roxy where great. Good price on drinks and food, like the no cover charge. Music selection will keep the wife, friends and I coming back
I had a lot of fun line dancing tonight. The band was good and the DJ played a good selection. I really appreciated that the DJ played my requests. Thank you! A great place to dance on Friday nights. :)
How are people gonna rate a place that's not even open yet....Smh...I don't think the 1st florida location would be running 5 yrs strong and they would have managed to open multiple locations NATIONWIDE if these reviews were accurate!!!! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and staff has always been professional and friendly in my experience!!
Upon reading reviews for another establishment with similar name I'm assuming these reviews were meant for that establishment. I can almost guarantee you that if you visit Cowboys Saloon once they open you will be far from disappointed!!
My Bison burger was one of the best ones I've ever had. Rodeo chips are also an excellent option for an appetizer to share. With a mechanical bull and dance floor next to the bar as well, it's a winning combination.
Ryan, the DJ is awesome! He plays requests and he guages the crowd dancing to customize exactly what they want to hear.
And, he remembers the songs that are requested and plays them for the people that return. He's very in tune with what's going on with the crowd.
